I have been impressed with the customer service from this company. I bought a boxed set of lip balms from duty free on a flight, and when I returned home and opened them, one of them was damaged. I contacted customer services by email, with photos, and the reply from Lillie Morelli was prompt and helpful. There was no argument about the issue, and a replacement was sent to me free of charge.

I love the fact that Dr PawPaw has collaborated with Paddington Bear. To be honest, I had never even heard of Dr PawPaw until now.
I really love the lip balms I have received. Amazing flavours and feel/look beautiful.

I had an issue with the spray on the bottle, as it wasn’t suitable for the thickness of the product. I contacted Dr Paw Paw’s Customer Service and Millie replied the next working day to advise a new, improved spray was available, which was sent out.
