Worst unhelpful customer service ever
Wife bought a mobility Citroen from King's Lynn and they were very helpful, roll on a year and 5 warranty visits they are very unhelpful. This time after a plague of electrical problems yet again the drivers seat would not move as my wife has to move it back to get out. It was fully back and wouldn't move forwards so she couldn't drive it. Phoned Duff Morgan King's Lynn and they said it would have to go to Norwich as they were stopping warranty work now although we had an email stating the end of the month. She said she couldn't drive it but they couldn't care less and told her to ring Mobility. Each time we have visited them we have had trouble with a loan car although mobility states they will supply one. Would we buy a car from Duff Morgan, NO NO NO

I recently visited the Parts Department at Duff Morgan Citroen in Norwich to enquire what the cost would be to buy a replacement flip key for my Citroen Berlingo van. I was told there was fault with the spring, which prevented the key being returned to the locked position. I was quoted £360 for a new replacement key. As I thought this was excessive, I declined to buy a new key. A friend recommended a local key cutting shop as her husband had experienced a similar problem, so I thought I would see if they could help. It took about 10 minutes for this shop to take the old key case apart and transfer the workings into a new case. Everything works fine now and I was charged £20. What a difference in price! I would definitely not use Duff Morgan Citroen again.

Bought a vehicle whilst our previous car was written off, Sam was friendly during the process and explained everything.
Test drive was lovely.
Noticed a few issues with the car that he would rectify prior to collection. Apart from one issue that was requiring a part on backorder. And the other is being resolved via their after-sales team. But the car clean done prior to the collection was not a perfect clean but acceptable nevertheless.
We will be back!
