Duke Direct Menswear Reviews

I've been buying jeans from Duke for years as they fit me well despite being large. Always an easy purchase and quick despatch and delivery.

5 stars speaks for itself, thanks

Nice T shirts and the polycotton ones wear really well. Keep their shape despite numerous washes.

Good quality,value and quick delivery

Every time I have had any transaction with Duke Direct Menswear it’s always gone smoothly. The products always fit as they should & the quality of workmanship in the making of the garments are fantastic.

The callback when it was noticed that one of the items i ordered did not match the previous ones and that someone took the time to ask the question that prevented me from having ordered the wrong size. It was my mistake I am grateful that it was noticed before the items were shipped

Fast service great choices

As always good quality products. Perfect fit. Great service and prompt delivery. My husband never shops anywhere else.

Excellent correct product great zip pockets

They make some lovely shirts at very reasonable prices. I particularly like the style of the shirts - ie they are a full fit and are great when you've got a big stomach !! Nothing worse than a tight fitting shirt !!

It is as described

Having sent an email regarding delivery issues, they couldn’t be bothered to respond.

And when they do eventually reply it begins with an excuse rather like the first time I had an issue. They also won’t take your calls via the customer service mobile number.

Unfortunately on this occasion I had to return some shorts that were slightly too big for me. Nothing to worry about return procedure is easy and simple. Spoke to Tina on the phone who helped the process polite and professional….. simples !

Excellent large mans clothes selection (5XL), with generous sizes that have always fitted me (now that the 'high street' is no longer an option for me).

Duke clothing very good and items like the cotton oxford shirts are of the highest quality at low prices, being a big man clothes hard come by, if you tuck in your shirts / T-shirts you need length and the logic that , your round in the mid section works both ways , which is why there tall range works well.
One bit of constructive criticism is , remove the label from the right shoulder on your t-shirts , great quality but been asked to many times and a bird done its business on my shoulder which has made the T-shirts a more around the house ware than a going out one , very good brand and I genuinely would recommend

Great communication from customer service. Good quality items. Easy returns.

Shopping with Duke was amazing.

From finding the items to size and colour and then ordering was easy. And delivery was quick.

Can’t fault Dukes. Swimwear is great for my disabled child and fits perfect. Glad I brought 2.

Thank you

Very quick response
Website easy to use good choice

My son is 6'7" tall, with a 46" waist. My son is autistic and I struggle to find a material that he is comfortable to wear. A friend gave him a pair of these jeans to try. I bought 3 more pairs after. They are so fabulous! The fit is spectacular for the larger man. No compromise on quality, with an affordable range of very good quality clothing. Such a refreshing change!. Delivery was fast and accurate. I cannot praise this company enough.
