Engineer Michael diognosed tge problem, showed me the problem, quoted to fix the problem then returned to fix it. Thanksvfir sending a competent engineer it really makes a difference.

Had to have a camera survey and the guy came on time and was lovely. Really helpful and explained everything.

Our engineer was very hardworking and put every effort into solving and fixing the issues. He was committed to working through every issue until it was solved. Amazing work effort and a true asset to the company!

Kept up to date with time of visit by office who kindly made sure it did not coincide with school run time. Engineer was so polite and explained exactly what he was doing and how it was fixed as well a thoroughly cleaning the area after.

Kept in touch by phone call from office anf from operativr how long it would be before he attended emergency call out. Quickly sorted out issue. Explained how to improve our poorly arranged sewage system and what not to flush down toilet. Very pleasant and knowledgeable. Easy to pay by phone App. Would recommend.

Tell your staff to park their large vans safely so it does not out pedestrians or drivers in danger

Excellent. Used them at least 20 times. Engineers always very easy to deal with. Always quick to answer the phone. Price is always reasonable.

Having contacted DynoRod through their website yesterday about a drain blockage, an appointment was fixed for today. I was then called this morning to let me know someone would be coming later in the morning. He quickly identified the issue and cleared the blockage. I was very satisfied with the promptness and efficiency of the service. My only problem is that there was no facility for a payment receipt to be sent by email or in hard copy and I had to take a picture of his mobile phone screen, which wasn't ideal.

Engineer visited later than originally scheduled but solved the problem within a few minutes. Nice guy and approachable, he’d clearly been busy today and wasn’t finished yet, so not his fault he was behind. He also tested the sink and washing machine before leaving to be sure the problem was fully resolved.

Absolutely disgusting company. I've been trying to make a complaint for a week almost and no one will help me. Asarsha was just rude and he was so not helpful with no compassion at all. Made it out to be my problem. For all the money that was spent these people are a no go.

Had to call you out for a second time today and once again you sent Dylan who is just brilliant, he located the blockage, cleared it in under 15 minutes what a star he is, can’t say enough to praise him he’s just the best, thankyou for a fab service
