Efficient and professional from start to finish. My 91 year old Mother had a blockage. They came out straight away and it turned out that part of the drainage system was broken. My Mother couldnt stay in her home. First thing Monday morning they returned and quickly and cleanly fixed the broken drain. Very impressed from start to finish with communication and fixing the problem. My Mother was back in her home by Monday lunchtime. Thank you for prioritising her. She was very grateful.

A great experience from start to finish. The service was so prompt and the engineer came the same day. Wayne did an excellent job, he was a great and pleasant guy who was very informative and gave great service with a friendly attitude. I would highly recommend this company and especially Wayne.

Blocked toilet
Had a seriously blocked toilet I tried everything to get it unblocked but failed, gave Dyno-Rod a call at 10ish on a Saturday morning and I was able to get them out within the hour.
The man that attended was friendly explained he would put a camera up the waste pipe from the man hole cover and within 30mins the issue had been found a plastic rim block had fallen and wedged itself at the back of the toilet he managed to dislodge it and get the toilet back to full working condition
Total cost was £251 but for a Saturday call out within a hour I wasn’t complaining overall very pleased with the service

Rang to book for my next day off, was off the next day due to unforeseen circumstances and called again to see if they could come out. Arranged and attended when they said they would, the engineer rang me to update expected time and he completed the job in 5 minutes after two other contractors hadn't turned up. Very happy with the service. The lady who booked the appointment was lovely and so was the engineer. Was worth the money.

Timely, tidy, and top notch!
Wayne came to our house to fix a recurring issue we get with blocked drains every year. He fixed it straight away, cleaned the other drains out, and there was no mess like we have had in the past from other companies. As well as fixing the issue, Wayne explained what we could do to prevent it happening again in the future. He was really friendly and professional. I highly recommend and if we do have any issues in the future, I'll be using Dyno-Rod straight away!

Very quick bath fix
Just had Wayne at my home to fix a recurring problem with my bath with blockage, extremely friendly, located the issue and fixed in a very timely manner. Would highly recommend Wayne and Dyno-Rod to anyone thinking of using them.

I called Dyno-Rod and they said they could attend within the hour and they arrived on time to clear my blocked drain. Keith was excellent and cleaned the drain in no time he found out it was tree roots that was the problem.I would have no hesitation in recommending Dyno-Rod and in particular Keith to any one who needs there services.
