I couldn’t be happier with the service! Roberto was absolutely the best from start to finish. He was professional, friendly, punctual, and took the time to explain everything clearly before getting to work. I was very pleased with the service provided today. Sandesh worked diligently to investigate and isolate the leaking pipe, keeping me informed throughout the process. Before carrying out the exploratory work to uncover the pipes behind the bathroom wall tiles, he took the time to explain what was required and checked that I was happy for him to proceed.
