Prompt and efficient service . Connor the engineer was very friendly and respectful. Job completely quickly. Very satisfied with the work.

Dan came to fix a problem we had with the showers. He was the 6th person to look at it as no one could fix it. He was extremely helpful and professional and persisted with the problem until it was fixed. If only all workmen were as helpful as Dan!

Connor impressed me with his professionalism both in his conduct and workmanship. He replaced my leaking pipe quickly and cleanly. He checked it was working to my satisfaction as well. I would highly recommend Connor and dyno-rod. Thank you so much for your great work.

Follow up visit. I recently wrote a review about this company and staff member, who attended here on 20th June. He returned today, 25th June to fit new kitchen taps. Everything was first class - punctuality, efficiency, and a most positive attitude. A great representative of Dyno and Br Gas. I had full confidence in the whole operation and love the new equipment. Many thanks

Punctual, polite and efficient

Engineer phoned to inform if his eta, turned up on time, came with overshoes. Introduced himself and showed his ID. I showed him the problem. He got on with the job and fixed my leak, told me what the problem was. Whilst he was there I asked him to fix my tap, which he did without hesitation. Very polite, didn't leave any mess. Happy customer. Made me feel confident about the fixes made. Reliable company, would definitely recommend.
