Tried two different companies without success and they quoted higher price than Dyno. Finally reached out to Dyno and they sorted the issue. Their van is equipped with all required tools to do the job and they didn’t mess about. The guy even went a mile ahead by trying to even put our dishwasher back. I would highly recommend.

We had a serious flooding problem on our shared drive so booked Dynorod very easily on their excellent app. They came within a couple of days and efficiently cleared out the drain, sent a camera down to make sure it was all clear, and left everywhere clean and tidy. Really excellent service all round.

Two men arrived on time, phoned first to say they were on the way. Explained everything really well and gave good advice. They were polite and helpful.

What went well:

The appointment was scheduled quickly for the next day
The engineer arrived within the timeframe indicated
The blockage was successfully cleared

Areas of concern:

Communication and customer service: The engineer appeared rushed throughout the visit. There was no explanation of the work carried out, what caused the blockage, or any preventive advice.
Payment process: I was asked to provide credit card details over the phone to your HQ, rather than using a card reader. This raised security concerns, as sharing card details by phone is generally considered unsafe.
Service expectations: Based on previous experiences with Dynorod,

I expected:

An explanation of the work done
Information about your standard 3-month guarantee (where repeat blockages are covered free of charge)
A more thorough service given the £190 fee

Overall professionalism: The entire visit lasted approximately 5 minutes with minimal interaction, which felt inconsistent with the premium price point.

What I'd like to see:
Better customer service training for engineers, including clear communication about work carried out and standard service guarantees.

Excellent service -a courteous and efficient team from the initial phone call to successful completion of the job. The problem did not present clearly on the CCTV, but the young professional's structured approach rechecked and solved the issue effectively.

Dyno were efficient and speedy. From first contact to house-call just a couple of hours. Engineer Luke was both intelligent and charming. Sorted the blockage in less than half-an-hour. Really first-class service.

Had a domestic drain CCTV survey carried out . Both the office staff and engineer that came out were very polite and efficient in this process . Have to wait on the full report by them with costings to follow

Really responsive and drains unblocked within 5 mins. Even shown the fatberg that caused the issue.

Our main drain was blocked so we called and spoke to a lovely lady that took our details and told us an engineer would call us within the hour as it was an emergency. After 15 minutes, Dan N called and said he was 20 minutes away. He was a great chap, very experienced and fixed our drain so quickly .. we’re so impressed with the service and am so thankful to them.

I had water coming up from the manhole which was situated in the conservatory, Luke was designated the job and kept me updated on his journey to me. On arrival introduced himself, very polite and professional explained what he needed ie water supply and cracked on and got the job done. He is a great ambassador for your company. Thank you Luke.

The main drain was blocked, so I booked an appointment online. They called back within 10 minutes, and the engineer, Tom, arrived in just 2 hours. Tom was very patient, professional, and responsible. At first, the blockage was hard to locate, and I thought we might have to give up, but he opened three main access points and finally found and cleared the blockage completely. Really reliable service — I would definitely recommend them!
