I had a hot water tap that wouldn’t turn off .I had to turn the water off as it was bringing the boiler on and using power as well as wasting water.Alex came and said the tap had seized and wasn’t repairable.He fitted 2 new taps and had to change the pipework around.

Antony came out today. It was the second visit from Dyno as unfortunately the evening prior the job couldn’t be sorted and the situation was made somewhat worse with a lot of sewage all over my back yard. Antony was absolutely brilliant, fixed the problem, and cleaned up the horrendous mess that was there. He was very professional and was a massive massive help. He also reported the issues from the day before back to the team to assist in coming to a resolution for us Couldn’t recommend him enough he’s done a great job.

It would be 0 stars if it could be.
Booked weeks in advance. Take the day off for an 8am-6pm slot, only to be called at 9am and told I am not a priority and rebooked to a week later.
Took another day off for an 8am-6pm slot, received a text in the morning confirming the appointment. No one turned up. No communication. Nothing. So, still need the problem fixing and also out of pocket for two days off work. Absolutely disgraceful.

Easy to book, quick responses, kept me informed about visit, phone call on day to say on the way. Great advice about drains during the visit and who was responsible for the ones on my property as we had a cracked cover. Reasonable pricing and you know the cost before the visit. Would highly recommend to everyone

Mo from Dyno-Rod visited our property yesterday to fix a leak under our kitchen floor. He did a brilliant job and made his job more difficult by preserving our laminate flooring as much as he could. He kept us updated with what was happening at all times and was thoroughly professional. He made a stressful situation much easier than anticipated. Dyno-Rod called before his visit and again once he had left to check everything was order. Happily recommend Mo and Dyno-Rod.

A blocked external soil waste drain is a nightmare....Dale was absolutely brilliant....nothing was too much trouble and a tricky problem was fully resolved through his skill, enthusiasm and shear tenacity. Top job. Thank you.

Easy booking, turned up when they said they would, called before they came, all good customer service.

Their operative knew what he needed to do and cleared the blockage within half an hour, and took a lot of care to clean the whole of the outside drain system. Very good service.

Dyno-Rod were great. Got straight through to them on the phone on a bank holiday, and engineer was friendly and efficient. Arrived within 3 hours and got our blocked drain sorted quickly. Price was fair too, considering it was an emergency call out. Highly recommended.
