Ok I have been restoring Classics for over 20 years. Now I must share that Eastwood has many quality products, tools, paint etc that are fairly priced and delivered quickly. My experience is they care about their customers as they offer great all around service as well as products.

Great products good to deal with but very slow shipping stuff i order from other venders get here twice as fast

5 for customer service. My stuff was damaged in shipping. Eastwood's handled it over the phone, on the spot, at their expense. Can't ask for better than that.

Products easy to find. A bit pricey, but, where else do you go? One can was dented on arrival, but useable.

I really like the sockets with the Teflon sleeves for protecting the wheels but when I got them one of the sleeves was broken in half so now it’s going to be just a big hassle to either send them back or go to the store for a replacement a simple inspection would’ve solve the problem, but whatever

I have purchased from Eastwood several times, online and by phone. I’ve felt like the service is very good, and the products I purchased have been very good quality. I think service and quality products are very important to the folks at Eastwood.

I’ve heard of Eastwoods being a car guy
but never dealt with them directly having seen what I wanted in a brake line tool
for tight bends I was all over it after all the right tool for the job is amazing…

Reasonable pricing, fast shipping, extremely easy to navigate their website.

Your software did not allow me to enter my 10% off coupon. Feels like a scam. Software errors always seem to favor the company. This makes me question if I want to do business with you in the future.

I purchased the Evercoat Feather Fill for my husband's 59 ElCamino.
We couldn't find what he used years ago, so, we found this at Eastwood. He's pretty skeptical when it comes to different products. Well, he loves this product! It goes on like a dream! He is very happy!

I bought two flashlights (PN #33934) and only one of them works, but the one that works is badass. I love the flashlight, but there’s only a 50% chance it’ll work.

Took 5 days to ship and the day it ships I get an email askin me to review.

Have been trying for three days to reset my password but never receive an email allowing the password change. called three times for assistance, their answer the system will not allow them to assist in password updates for security reason. Their system never sends a email to update my password. No one will take ownership and try to help. They say it my take up to 30 minutes to receive the password update email. Never arrives after three days. Not sure how they stay in business. Sent two emails to customer service, so far no replys.

I ordered a Milwaukee drill over a week ago. At the time the posting for the product said it was in stock. Today is day 8 and the order is still shown as "processing". I called to check and she verified it was in stock, but couldn't reach the person in the shipping dept. and would call me back. UPDATE: I received an email that the product had been shipped.

the paper masking machine sub par quality i expected better from eastwood since they claim to be body shop suppliers the machine poor fitment i had to buy more screw to make i work right i got 15.00 off for the machine it rip and tears masking paper
