Absolute waste of 100 bucks and time. Mostly a product commercial that you have to pay for. Very low amount of information to learn stuff. Much better educational information on You Tube. If your looking to learn to do things, stay far, far away from these series.

Lesson learned, Painting out of the spray can and it looks it too. looks like someone threw sand at it. i don't recommend using the spray can.

The things I have ordered from Eastwood, paints, sealers etc have been of excellent quality and shipped to me in a very reasonable amount of time. I have zero complaints with this company and I will not hesitate to buy more from them.

I would never buy from Eastwood.com again.

Be aware that if you need to return an item, they charge a 10% restocking fee and you also have to pay the return shipping costs yourself. That's an expensive penalty just for returning a product.

If you buy the same item through Amazon, you may pay a slightly higher price, but you'll avoid these unnecessary return costs and have a much better return experience.

Very disappointing return policy and not customer-friendly. Make sure you're 100% certain before ordering.

This was my first order with Eastwood. I have seen them and have checked out some of their items in the past, but really never moved on anything. This time the deal was too good to pass up and I placed my order for a great beginner Powder Coating gun. This thing is great and so was the ordering process and shipping time! I will definitely be ordering from them again!

Haven’t received order yet. Took a week before ordered shipped.

They sent 1 of 3 items for my project. Have called twice. You can't speak to anyone outside of their Call Center so once you make an order if there's any Glitch YOU'LL BE SCREWED Like Me. Nearly 600.00 and No Product going on week 2 plus.

I ordered a touch up paint kit on July 9… but it did not arrive until July 25. So plan ahead. But the product is very good… with the primer, base color, pearl (metallic) and clear coat steps. The kit gave much better results than the touch up paint package offered by the Hyundai dealer.

good stuff i like bought a quart to check it out ill be buying more to do my classic car ..good product covers well and actuelly drys fast i think ...wear gloves people it sticks,,,,,,i like how easy it is to apply its like black paint......but not,,,,,,,,,,,anyway i would give it a new name called Good Stuff.............hahaaaaa

This is my second order with Eastwood and I’m very satisfied with my purchase and their service. I ordered Eastwood Rust Converter and Eastwood Rust Encapsulator Paint. My order arrived quickly and the products worked as expected. Thank you Eastwood.

I wish there was a way to rate no stars. Long story short, I ordered something as a Christmas gift, it came incomplete days before Christmas, when I called they said because it was on backorder and had been for months, I told Debbie I had the screenshot of the order and nowhere did it say backordered. Then she gave me a hard time about not being able to cancel the order until I had to literally scream at her to cancel and refund the order. She said she did and sent me an RMA. I told her I didn’t want to pay shipping because this wasn’t my fault, she said I wouldn’t. Well, all lies, order was never canceled, I was going to have to pay $108 to ship back $19 worth of a $150 order, and I never was shipped the “backordered” part of my order. Eastwood steals. Lies. And turns a blind eye as long as they get their money. Screw the customer. And Debbie kinda sucks too tbh.

Cans were all smashed inside the box. Spray can tops knocked off.

Everything they did was exemplary. Shipped very quickly, responded to situations immediately and positively. An excellent experience. 6/1/

Did you know Eastwood gives. Veteran's discount? They hide it so you have to call in your orders. Eastwood also doesn't notify customers if items are on back order. Also, this is NOT an American made product company. Don't be fooled into thinking otherwise. Maybe you can search their website and find that they sell Chinese made products but that's not prominently displayed. I couldn't say if their products are good or bad. I'm still waiting on an order. I just found out it should get to them a month from now. Oh, customer service isn't helpful or polite and their phone system has a lot of noise. I could almost hear another conversation whenever the person trying to help me paused making excuses.

The paint products were everything advertised and then some! Matched color perfectly! This was the first time I have ever attempted to paint or touch up an automobile. It was extremely easy, effective and efficient, and looked professionally done in most areas! Those areas that did not look professionally done were due to my lack of experience and abilities as a automotive painter(hahaha)!! When I finally stop kicking myself for the mistakes I made, I will definitely purchase this product again to correct my errors.

This compamy has will never reply when theres a issue about their products I dont see whats the point of having a chat box that never reply when you need help with something bbut will reply when you show intrest in purchasing their products. Their equipment always breaks down because of cheap parts they use and their auto paint especially their OEM paint doesnt ever match what a joke of a online company they are.

The website worked great. Everything got here quickly and got everything. We ordered originally.They said that one of the clamps would be late, but it came with everything else.So that was nice

I ordered two sets of four engine cleaning brushes (item no. 46035). The wire handle on one of them is 18" long. The shipping department used an undersized box, and they bent it at 90° so it would fit. They even distorted the box to make it fit.
I called Customer Solutions and spoke to Bridgett. She said that she would reorder the brushes for me right away. She made a notation for them not to bend the long brush.
I asked her for an Eastwood sticker, and she said that she would mail some to me separately.
Bridgett is a superstar Customer Rep. She was highly professional, efficient, courteous, and patient. I know that she took the necessary steps to avoid having the same problem happen again. I could hear her keyboard clicking away as she was repeating what I was telling her. Thanks, Bridgett!
