I ordered a 2 cans of epoxy primer on the web site it said order with in so much time and will be shipped by 28th. I ordered the part, went online 3 days later to see if i could find a tracking number and still said processing so i sent an email to the customer support center, was told i should have something by no later than Thursday or Friday. It’s been almost 2 weeks and have got nothing from them. I called and the phone number they said “ sorry for the inconvenience the best we can do is waive the 10% return fee. Not only are they miss leading and lying to their customers but they still want to act like they are doing you a favor for their crap for customers service. I wont recommend this company to any one if they treat their customers this way imagine what the product is like.

I ordered a House of Kolor paint, and another item. paid with a credit card, and was charged immediately.

Within a week Eastwood claims they don't have the HOK paint in stock, and had to back order the other item. No problem, I asked to have the order canceled.

They never refunded the money completely and said I still owed $50. After a few useless phone calls spanning at least three months I turned the matter over to the BBB. Several weeks later Eastwood sent me a letter saying they have my unclaimed property, and I have to send it back so they can pay me what they owe me. so that's another hoop to jump through for products they NEVER had in stock, and a refund that could be easily taken care of online.
This is by far the worst customer service I have ever gotten within the automotive comunity.

Ross in customer service was fantastic! He was professional, polite and knowledgeable, even better yet, honest. He was also personable, which is not common for customer service these days!👍👍

Wouldn't let me cancel one minute after ordering wrong item I confused with similar product. One gallon frame black was what I had to get delivered and Then return after ordering what I really wanted one gallon rust encapsulater. I had to pay return fee. They wouldn't just do an exchange. Plus they took money off the first order from another return so I'll be getting ripped off for $50.00 . Seems like chinese practice of screwing Americans. Don't bother replying Eastwood your text book answer means nothing and will not resolve anything. This post is to warn unsuspecting Americans spend your hard earned money with American company's

I orders a $300 welding clamp 3/30/25 and 5 days after I received it I got a sale email showing the price had dropped but didn’t show the price without clicking a link.
A few days later I got around to checking and after clicking the link, it showed was now 1/2 price.

I called customer service after I noticed it on 4/14 and was told they only honor a refund of the difference within one week of purchase. I asked them to escalate my complaint and the person sent me to a survey then was disconnected.

I called back to talk to someone else but got the same person which told me the same thing.

I was contacted by Eastwood and was offered the sale price and their apologies.

I received the refund and will continue to do business with them.

10 percent restocking fee and I have to pay return of products that don't fit what they claim it did. Just wants to sell you stuff not make sure you get the right stuff. I will never buy from them again! Cost me almost 100.00

They’re using DOGE to make a joke about garages. THIS IS NOT A LAUGHING MATTER. Tens of thousands of good people have lost their jobs because of DOGE and should not be joked about. Eastwood is an incredibly insensitive company and should be ashamed of themselves. Oh, I forgot, they’re not capable of introspection.

Made a few purchases over the years but they keep sending spam...
Even when you unsubscribe, they'll simply add you again a year later or so.
So I've finally had it with these clowns.

Next time a customer want us to make a purchase here, we'll simply tell them we van no longer do business here du eto lack of customer service.
Plenty of other suppliers that have the same products at the same prices.

EDIT AFTER EASTWOOD REPLIED:
I've talked to folks there before about this issue and while individually they seem to care, the system is not set up to permanently take one of the spam list. After a while, the system will automatically put a customer back on "rotation". Not going to waste my time calling again.

This company has some very shady email advertising. I can’t believe there are not more negative reviews about this. The email offers something on sale, you add it to cart and it comes up at regular price, they offer you money off and it doesn’t work. I have received 3-5 emails a day in my email inbox with the same product at different prices in every email. If you do get the sales price they have a ridiculous shipping and handling to make up the difference $48.00 say for 3 smaller items. If they offer free shipping it never comes up. I contacted customer service via email about a $110 order that was supposed to be free shipping over $99, it added 28.00 shipping. Customer service said “ heavy items are excluded” I had 5 small items that could not have weighed 20lbs. Then they said call in and they could probably honor it. This week alone the contour surface grinder was $203.99 on Monday, Tuesday it said $184.99 and today it says regularly $184.99 on sale $149.00 which it had sold for all last year! I have noted my concerns and customer service says that’s the email dept 🤷‍♂️. I’m done after spending a lot of money there.

Eastwood is horrible at shipping anything. Lets not even discuss the charges. If you order anything on Amazon that comes from Eastwood, prepare for a long wait.

Pretty good. Packing of the order could be better. 4 chemicals in cans loose in a box, one dented one broken top, luckily no spill.

First experience seemed like old “bait and switch” marketing scheme. Lured me in to purchase a product commonly sold across vendors with “$15 off purchase” for signing up to receive marketing communications to my email and via text. When applied code, kept getting promo not applicable for item purchased despite it being at full price.

Then called in to Customer Order line and rep said I had to set up an account for him to manually place order and apply $15 discount only then to say he couldn’t do it.

Now getting numerous emails saying I have $15 waiting in cart AFTER I placed the order with no discount.

2 days later no status email on order fulfillment and delivery ETA or even confirmation despite transaction appearing on my bank statement.

Not a good customer experience on several touch points :(

Purchased a medium duty MIG welder and helmet. Well inside my budget with a 3 year warranty. I can’t wait to use it!👨‍🔧

find the product was easy and the amount of specialty items is amazing. I was disappointed when, the subsequent websites had the exact item for $175 -250 less. My fault but I will check other sites first.

I purchased a Concourse LT paint gun and am very pleased with the quality of the product and the additional needles/nozzles I purchased. The Eastwood website is easy to use and purchase process is simple and quick.
Great communication on order status and shipment. I've been back several times. Just a home DIY person and really appreciate the quality of their products.

Products are great. Got an email while I was loading my kart that promised free shipping with items over $99.00. When I checked out I was charged shipping. Not a big deal, but if you are not going to honor it, don't offer it.

Ordering was easy, shipping was fast, and product was great. I ordered the 250 amp Mig welder, and so far I am impressed.

I bought a 2x2 versa cut cnc plasma table. Big mistake, spend a few more dollars and buy a real one.
Most inconsistent machine I've ever use. Cuts are bad (I'm mean really bad) I could cut my pieces with an angle grinder faster.
Probably going to try and find another sap ( like myself) to sell it to and regain a little of my money.
Don't waste your money!!!!!!!!!
