Cans came dented, product was still protected. Now, the following product used on my first ever diy project, was an excellent experience. Read the directions and then had majority of the vehicle prepared for the process that in which it would under go. Wow did this metal protector and prep chemicals do a wonder. Fantastic project, cannot say enough I’m jaw dropped and stunned to see this project at this stage! Eastwood I will be back for more of the materials your company provides, because this is by far out of this world good.

Delivered quickly and exactly what I wanted. Great selection of great products. I bought a carbide scraper for gasket residue cleaning, etc. and some Aircraft Ultra for stripping old paint (four layers!) off of my wheels. Very happy with my purchases.

Paid for overnight shipping and only received 2 of the items, no idea what happened to the third but it isn't there and I can't do anything with the first two items without the third. I want a refund on shipping!

I purchased the rust Inhibitor spray paint and knew something was up when the can came with a back up spray Nozzle.out of four can I only was able to use half of the can before it completely Clogged up.Not a happy camper

I have purchased from Eastwood for several years. Bought a Tig Welder, miscellaneous tools and plenty body supplies (paint, primer, etc.), I’m not one of their big customers. I had real good luck until this week. So much has gone wrong with this one order this week that would turn most people away certainly has turn me away! I recommend customers to purchase from other companies in this field, with the internet they are certainly better companies to deal with. I know that I will be purchasing from the better companies.

I placed an order online using a coupon code that the company sent me. Apparently the discount was simply too much for them to stay in business by honoring, so they cancelled my order. No big deal, right? Happens all the time. They then had the audacity to ask me to review the products that they refused to send me. OK, I reviewed them as 1 star with a 100% honest explanation of why I was rating them as such. How could it be rated any higher?? They cancelled the order and never sent them. I then get an email that they have moderated my review and removed it from the website. Absolutely horrible company, would never shop here again unless the deal is so good that they are obviously losing money on it.

Paid a ridiculous amount for 2nd day air on 7/11/24 to get the part by the weekend. I even called to make sure and the part didn’t arrive til late in the day on 7/16/24! On the website said delivery date will be 7/12/24… I also messaged them by email and I got no reply. This is not a good company and they don’t care about wasting the consumers money and won’t reply to you if they mess something up or if you need help. I do not recommend this company to anyone. Very poor communication and offer services at the consumers cost and cannot or will not be able to provide. Stay away!!!

Ordered a paint gun kit for my Concours Pro paint gun,I live in Nova Scotia Canada,, I had the parts in 3 days,dont know how thats possible but I was very impressed !!

I give the product a four star rating. But I give the store and the associates. An absolute zero. the product was emailed to me on sale. The associate had no clue about the sale. Or the sale price and charged me full price for the product.

I bought a QST-30/60 Scroll compressor Eastwood 10 months ago. We did a complete maintenance job on it at 9 months. A couple of weeks ago it started to continuously run and get very hot. It got to the point where it was unsafe and became a fire hazard.

I contacted Eastwood on a Tuesday and they said someone would get back with me within 24-48 hours. That was not the case as it took a full week for someone to get back with me. They said they were going to escalate it to engineering dept but they never did. They finally said they will send parts out which I'm still waiting.

I will be buying a different air compressor from someone local who can help me when there is a problem.

I will never use Eastwood again.

Bought an item from Eastwood.com. Later discovered they also have an Amazon store and an EBay store. The exact same item was $92.99 plus about $15.00 shipping from Eastwood.com, $89.99 with free shipping from Amazon, and $74.99 with free shipping from EBay. Customer service response- they don’t match prices. THEY ALL ARE SOLD BY EASTWOOD! Good products, lousy way to do business.

Harbor freight doesn't ship to Canada. These guys do . I undertook some auto body work for the first time on an old Jeep and my old Miller 250x was really struggling with the 025 wire . When turned down so low and on sheet metal spot welding it was a pain in the A$$ . It was causing the wire to burn back and weld itself to the tip. I used the chat feature to ask a few questions about the different little mig machines to Eastwood and although not immediate they always got back to me . I went for this machine because it had an adjustable spot welding timer. The spot welding timer is amazing. It is adjustable to the 10th of a second. I was practicing on 0.5 mm tin .01s a tenth of a second and not burning through it doing spot welds . And from there you can adjust it all the way up to stitch welds however long you want. It's the coolest thing ever. I don't know what this I GBT inverter technology is but it's amazing. I've almost tried to f*** up the settings doing spot welds on different thicknesses of tin and I still haven't managed to stick a tip yet . I burnt a few rods and it seems to be a decent little stick welder for 110 volt. I managed to light up a 6011 1/8 rod and when turned right up it will burn through 1/8 steel with a 3/32 Rod. I haven't tried the tig feature however, I have TIG welded a fair amount and I think 70 amps scratch TIG welding this machine will be pretty limited. People that give this machine a bad review because they can't AC TIG weld aluminum with it or it only goes to 70 Amps in Tig and stick didn't do enough homework before they purchased this machine . If unsure, reach out to Eastwood they seem more than happy to help. Time will tell if this machine lasts but their warranty is good and they have a whole section of spare parts for their machines .
