Purchased a book, can't get it to download. Can't even get into my account to try and figure out what went wrong. Tried to reset the password and never got an email. Thankfully it wasn't an expensive book and I'm just out $5. Guess I'll go buy it at amazon. May cost more, but at least I will get it.

Super quick and super easy. I just ordered the book and it gave me a chance to download the book upon checkout. They also emailed a link as well.

I am the author of several ebooks illegally sold or given for free on this website. Here is the answer I got when I asked for their deletion :
"Thanks for your e-mail. This e-mail account is no longer being supervised, thank you." !

I purchased and attempted to download a book. Their system would not complete the download until I established an ID so I followed the link provided and received a foreign language screen. Went back and forth with their customer help desk and they never addressed the problem and never acknowledged that I was seeing foreign language screens. Even after sharing the image of the foreign language screen they ignored it (I’m not exaggerating, they ignored it) and continued to circle back to the same links that produced the same frustrating results. Worse yet when I asked for a refund they had the nerve to send me their refund policy that includes the following text: “When an eBook is downloaded, eBookMall must pay the book publisher and author, no matter what -- even if we were to grant a refund to the customer. Because of this, we are not able to offer refunds on eBook downloads.” What they’re missing is their “no matter what” policy applies to the customer experience as well. No matter how bad, no matter if their system (i.e. download) works, no matter if the customer never receives a product, no matter if the customer loses his/her money. Click the download button and your money's gone. “No matter what” happens after that…no refunds! Shopper beware…I’ve given you their exact policy language so now its on you if you click the “download” button at eBookMall.com.

Avoid this company. Purchases are denied or sometimes accepted. Emails to their customer service are returned to Microsoft. They also insist you disable your security to order.

scammer company . I purchase ebook from ebookmall and can't open ebook . I lost money with this company 3 ebook.

I am happy with ebookmall and will do business again.

Had trouble downloading the book, but they were quick and polite with the service, and very helpful.

I needed these books immediately. It makes no sense why my purchases were blocked. I paid for them and it says it is blocked. I have emailed then and now I have to wait to unlock these purchases. I'm trying to get ahead in my class and this block is preventing me from doing so.

They did respond very quickly. The blocking in the begging was very irritating but everything works now! Thank you

I ordered a book through this company. The protocol after you purchase the book is to down Adobe Digital and create an Adobe ID. I followed these instructions. However, the book still did not show up. I repeated the process several times (including downloading the book more than once maxing out the number of times I could download the eBook). But still, there was no book. Therefore, I sent an email to the company stating what happened, and requesting a refund. Their response was that a refund was not possible because the publisher charges for the download. So this particular person did a reset to zero so I can attempt to download the book again. I responded by repeating that I have already attempted to download the book, but the system does not allow it. I also offered an option of the company emailing me the book directly. There has been no response.

This company practices bad business!

When i discovered the website i wasn't feeling nice about purchase the books i wanted, it was just two and they were in sale. So, i came to this page, to see the reviews about EBookMall, then my unconfortable feeling turns higher when i saw the things some people wrote here. I know some people had difficulties to download some books, of course i can't say they're lying, but, i can admite to you all that i didn't had ANY TYPE of trouble with the purchase and download. I was forced to buy the book because i'm from Brazil and i didn't found the books translated to portuguese, i needed it so much then i bought them, afraid about the comments. So, when i paid for the products, i was automatically able to download, however, i had to download a adobe program first; any type of virus or bugs or something appeared in my PC. I'm giving a 4 stars because they can do the books in PDF, not ACSM.

Bought an ebook tonight that I needed for tomorrow expecting to be able to download it immediately. Went through the process of downloading Adobe DRE to be able to read the book only to see they have "blocked" me from downloading it. Took my $50 and I can't even get the book I purchased. It said I had to contact them which I did. I'm now waiting on a response. ***BUYER BEWARE*** Purhase elsewhere if you want an instant download.

After making a successful payment I just got a notice that my purchase was blocked so I can't download the book that I purchased. Do not buy from these scammers!

I placed an order, and after paying was told to email help services because I couldn't access my purchase. They responded & I was told I would be refunded, so I ordered a different edition thinking it was a blip. Another charge, and once again no book with a message to email for help. I purchased an ebook so I wouldn't have to wait, and I waited... I wouldn't recommend purchasing from this company.

I recently did a purchase from ebookmall. I am from India and many rare books are not readily available in our country, thankfully ebookmall just helped me get one of such books. After the payment is completed, you just need to download Adobe Digital edition to authorize your PC (which is free) and you get your ebook in a couple of clicks. Thanks a lot for the smooth experience, looking forward to more such purchase experience in the future.

My honest experience is i bought 2 books and i hope just to buy, pay and download as promised. But no. They forced me to download an Adobe software to be able to downloading the ebooks. E-books never appear in the Adobe Software. In My Account at Ebookmall the 2 ebooks appears as BLOCKED and no DOWNLOAD button at all is visible. They say i need to email them to "unblock". I sent 2 emails, and waiting... but nobody answers. They don´t have online support, no telephone, no chat. So it is frustrating. Don´t waste your time with Ebookmall. Order Number: 240275 Date: 4/15/2016 in case you doubt i am a real customer!

I followed the eBookMall.com download instructions carefully and even updated my computer with Adobe Digital Editions. Despite multiple attempts to download the ebook, I am unable to read my purchase. When I emailed eBookMall.com, I received a reply from eBookMall.com company representative, Tyler Davis, who stated they were unable to refund my money. Per email from eBookMall.com, once you attempt to download the ebook, eBookMall.com gets charged from the book's publisher and therefore they will not refund your money. NOT HAPPY! I do not recommend this company and will never buy anything from them again.

Good website and was cheaper than Amazon. I would recommend it.

I'm not sure if this is a scam website or not. A purchased a book that it turns out they didn't have. Here I am two weeks later still waiting on my refund. Do not use this website now I am out 21.00 and somehow Amazon.com is connected to this. I am a very unhappy costumer. I have been emailing them and the responses I get are no help and worded very rudely. Don't end up like me don't use this website.
