I bought an eBook on Friday that will NOT load on my iPad, despite obtaining an Adobe ID, updating my iPad to the newest version, downloading Adobe DRE and BlueFire, and following every step in their directions (x6). I emailed customer services and have heard...nothing. Fine, it was Friday, and they are in Europe, so it was 6 hours later. Yet, I put another eBook in my cart and almost instantly heard from "Karen" who wanted to know if I needed help with my purchase. I forwarded her my help request, too. No help. I DON'T want to have to read the book on my laptop, but since I was so frustrated over the w/e, I tried. There are only two sizes of type--microscopic and tiny--the three larger sizes don't work. So, I can't even see it. I really want to read this book, but in DRM form, it is beyond useless to me, and so is eBookMall's customer service! It's end of the day on Monday now, in Europe--I was hoping to have a message waiting this morning. Nope. Right now, I'm out $15, updated my iPad even though I never wanted to, and can't read the book. NOT HAPPY.

I have brought a ebook which I required immediately for my assignment. I was expecting it to be a immediate download as promised on the website, but till now I am unable to download and there is no response from the customer service either.

I downloaded, trying to get them on my Sony reader, but it downloaded to my computor, now I can't get them onto my reader. I take the reader with me to work to read on my breaks, can't bring the computor, toooo big.

It was extremely helpful and very fast to download the e-book. I was in a hurry and it helped me a lot.

In EBookmall I have experienced a very good satisfactory environment for buying as well as searching for books. Good performance is quality of this site being different from other sites providing same facilities.

I purchased the wrong book by accident. I immediately realized when I got my purchase summary. Before opening the link I requested a refund. They responded so quickly and was gracious enough to refund me for my mistake. I'll be back for more ebooks soon enough ;)

Ebookmall has a wide selection of offerings and a lot to browse through. I purchased an ebook by mistake (wasn't paying attention and thought I was ordering a hard-copy) and Tyler in Customer Service graciously cancelled my order. Tyler was SO helpful and understanding! Many companies might have responded with a "So sad for you. Your mistake. Your loss, your money into our hands..." but Tyler @ Ebookmall kindly retracted my order. It was definitely my mistake, but they still made it right, and the response was prompt and thorough.

They are very fast and effective for customer service.

If a company doesn't force you to keep something even when you say, "sorry i made the mistake", that is a good company. I wish more people were quick to understand that life happens. I will ask my wife to buy from them since she is the big reader here thanks to this action.

I was interested in purchasing HTML A Beginner's Guide 5th Edition By Wendy Willard. However on theEbookMall site the 4th and the 5th editions of the same book were there and I inadvertently and mistakenly purchased the 4th Edition on March 27th 2014 as there was no marking on the book and no description on the website that it was a 4th edition. Now the 4th edition I already have and so it was a total loss for me. Amazon Books always indicate that that there is a newer edition of a book. Why on earth should a customer purchase an old edition of the book when a newer edition is available. Moreover the 4th edition does not cover HTML 5. I do not seek a refund from them but I want to purchase the 5th edition instead which is slightly more in price and I am ready to pay the difference in price.The publisher of the books are the same they should understand that it was a genuine mistake by the customer. Moreover for marketing purposes and for good customer relationship ebookMall should allow me to purchase the 5th Edition instead of the 4th edition by allowing me to pay the difference in price otherwise there would be a total loss for me will that be good marketing strategy for the company?
EbookMall has said on their Facebook page that they would refund me of the purchase of 4th edition HTML A Beginner's Guide provided I commit to purchase the 5th edition of the book which I did but up till now I have heard no news from them on this. If they do I will definitely give a better star rating.
EBook Mall has refunded me. When I have cushion in my credit card I shall purchase the correct edition from them. Very nice of them to do so.

I was a bit nervous buying from this vendor, considering that the book was more than 50% cheaper than elsewhere. I went ahead and everything was fine. I was a bit surprised that the book was protected by Adobe DRM, but it was OK as I already had my Adobe Id. I could not read the book on my preferred Android epub reader because of the DRM, but Aldiko worked fine.

I mistakenly ordered a book from Ebookmall and then realized duh, that it was for e reading. I canceled quickly and the were quick to issue credit. What a relief.

Hello my name is melody and I would love to read the ebooks I've porchaceed but I m having trouble with the download u see I have a kindle app and Google playbook app and when I try to download the ebooks I can't find them on my android tablet anywhere do you have any suggestions on how I can find them or how I can download them properly so I can upload them to my primary reading app which is the kindle app by the way

I ordered an ebook by accident and they quickly issued me a return because I did not download it, no hassles. They were very easy to communicate with and quick to respond!

I placed a mistaken order, and had to cancel it before I downloaded the purchase. I sent an email to customer service on a Friday evening, and promptly Monday morning I received a response that my purchase had been refunded. Thanks for great service. I will definitely visit your site next time I need to make an e-book purchase.

I have a problem with my e-book order. I got only 7 pages out of 288. Something that Amazon shows for free. It took a week to resolve the issue. A poor service overall.

I have found this site very easy to navigate and very easy to buy e books. There is vast selection to choose from to suit all ages and tastes, would defiantly recommend this company to buy e books

I mistakenly bought an ebook instead of a real book (Amazon faux pas) and eBook Mall didn't hesitate to give me a refund. I also received the file for download immediately! (but never had to open it).
