I purchased a book for my daughter for her iPad. The process to actually download and read the book is very complicated and includes many steps. I am still not able to download this book to her iPad. When I contacted the website, they told me they do not give refunds. I had to dispute the charges with my credit card(AMEX) company, which was no problem. I eventually had to re-purchase the book from amazon, which I should've done in the first place; it was also cheaper. I do not recommend purchasing anything from this website! It's not worth the hassle.

I received the help I needed with a download issue after midnight.

I would never trust or use this site. I had purchased a book, and it refused to let me read/open it. Also, I had emailed customer service for help, and got no response. I will never use this site again. I truly believe I got ripped off.

You have got to check out this site. It has lots of e-books and the prices are reasonable as well as it has some free ones as well. Very good selection and easy to navigate site.

I had some trouble at first downloading the book but after speaking with customer service I was very happy with the site.

The site is horrible in trying to put the book on my reader I became so disgusted with the process that I gave up, and I consider myself to be a technically inclined person being that I work with computers everyday. I will never purchase anything from this site again. They have refused to refund my money despite no providing me a way to properly acces my product. Never again. Will Only buy from amazon now.

I bought one book but the link for downloading it was broken. I needed the book right away but I couldn't download it. I wrote an e-mail to support but they did not answer. Two days later I wrote again very upset and then they answer and fixed my order. If they try to fix those things, the site will improve.

Due to my computer hard drive failure I was forced to reformat the drive, which mean't my ebook was lost. I was unable to download a particular book as the permissible number of downloads had been reached.

However an email to customer service resulted in this book download being reset in less than a day with no quibbles whatsoever.
This is truly impressive compared to some other e-book companies.

I had a problem to send my e-book to Readmil app because of my mistake. They solved the problem immediately. I want to say thanks to them for their quick responds.

I had issues downloading my ebook to adobe but the ebook mail help desk was extremely helpful and responded promptly to multiple emails. I would recommend using this website, they really care about their customers.

When i downloaded the ebook via the link, it turned out it was not the one i had ordered. I contacted their help desk and within a couple of days they provided me with the right file.

Very professional customer service, quick turnaround.

Thanks ebookmall for assisting me in downloading the ebooks I needed for my school project. I really like your website with beautiful design and easy navigation!

I bought a book and couldn't download it immediately as the download link was blocked for an unknown reason. Had to wait two days. Subsequently I asked how to obtain a bill to be reimbursed by my employer and although I relaunched them 5 (!) times in a week, I didn't get an answer. So in conclusion ; NOT OPTIMAL at all.

Terrible experience. They use third party softwares to open their products, so if something doesn't work you don't know who to ask for help.

In asking ebookmall for help, they basically copied and pasted their FAQ into my email (I provided screenshots and detailed technical descriptions as I am pretty computer savvy).

They do not do refunds on ebooks either, whether it was a successful transaction or not.

It took three days and I went to a competitor (kobo books) who uses their own software and I was able to read the subject within minutes, with far less hassle. Go elsewhere!

I can not download the books I paid for. I am using a Naxa Noodle. Was able to only download 'Anne of Green Gables' and the 'Holy Bible'.

Excellent site, where you can find a great selection of ebooks. Easy to use , fast downloads, cheap prices !
And , also, you can find a lot of things really interesting. Great :)

The only thing easy about getting your books through ebookmall is the checkout process so they can get your money quickly. There are way too many layers of shitty applications you have to download that you would never use for any other purpose, several accounts you have to set up and just way too many obstacles just to get your book on a mobile device. It's not worth it, and not even cheaper than amazon. It is not made clear that all directions must be followed in the exact right order or you WILL NEVER SEE YOUR BOOK, EVER. I contacted their customer service and rather than getting any response, I got an extremely delayed thank you for buying with us, what did you think? If they had bothered to read my help e-mail, they would know I needed assistance particularly as this was supposed to be a time sensitive gift. In summary, terrible product (online is supposed to make things easier not harder!) and nonexistent customer service.

I bought and downloaded 2 eBooks, including my own, without problem or episode.
