What can I say, everyone I told I was going to buy a used car online told me how crazy I was! However the moment I spoke to Paul and Chris via the online chat system I knew I was in safe hands. Nothing is too much trouble for these guys and the service is second to none! Even when I found out that the boys were Everton fans (I am a Liverpool Fan) I knew that this company was a safe bet. Everything was done online with several courtesy calls to make sure I was totally happy with everything as well. The car arrived when they said it would on the back of a trailer to save additional mileage and it was perfect in every way. When I got in the car there was a very thoughtful gift to say thank you (it must have been hard for the boys to visit the Club Shop) but was seriously appreciated.
If ever you want to by a used car but don’t want the hassle of a pushy salesman but do want to know you are getting first class products and service then these guys are the ones to see.

They do everything to ensure you are happy. Keeping in touch via phone and email. All documents and pictures of your car can be seen online and the car when delivered was exactly what I saw on the tin. Not hidden faults or marks. Perfect.

The delivery driver was extremely pleasant and helpful and couldn’t do enough to ensure we were happy customers.

If I told you I spent over £8000 on a car I’d never seen with my own eyes, from a company I didn’t know and then trusted them with my bank details and address BEFORE the car had been delivered you’d think I was crazy. But, by absolute miles this has to have been the easiest, least stressful and most pleasant way of buying a car I’ve ever experienced and I doubt I’ll ever buy from a traditional dealership again.

From browsing the cars on their website, getting a really competitive part exchange value for my old car and then being able to see the AA inspection, log-book and car’s service history before I committed all made buying from eCars247 simplicity itself. Throughout the whole process Chris and Nathan kept in regular touch providing all the information I needed. I signed all the documentation electronically spoke to them on the phone when I had questions and within a couple of days Anthony turned up to collect my old car and deliver my new one. It was effortless. I had the reassurance of being able to return the car after 14 days and walk away without any questions but that really wasn't going to be needed as the car looked fantastic and the valeting made it smell and feel like brand new. My daughter even got a surprise Amazon voucher as a gift, presented in a bag with the keys and all the documentation I needed.

In my experience eCars 247 have an Amazon like obsession with their Customer with a John Lewis way of selling things and it has to be the future for buying a used car. I’d definitely buy from them again.

The process from start to finish was extremely easy and the staff very helpful . My son was delighted with the car and his play station voucher which was all part of the service .

I had been looking for a while for my next car and I came across eCars24/7 on Autotrader, which had the car I was looking for. I simply enquired about the car through Autotrader and the next day I was sent all the details and pictures of the car itself. Later that day I received a phone call from Nathan asking me what my next step was, I replied saying that I would come and view the car the following day, at this point I experienced the future of car buying.

Nathan explained to me that eCars24/7 do things differently and explained how everything is done online and in my own time, I did think twice about purchasing the car online but I stuck with my gut and I can honestly say it's the best decision I have ever made.

Once I confirmed with Nathan/Bev that I would like to purchase the car I was emailed more in depth information, purchase documents and even the directions from my house to the nearest Mercedes dealership.
After I had signed all the documents which can also be done online with the next generation eSignature, the car was due to be delivered to my house where I would start a 14 day test drive.

On the day of delivery my car arrived in a trailer that actually looked like a parcel being delivered, the delivery guy gave me a bag from eCars24/7 which included my keys, documents and a thank you gift from the team.

I then received a call on the 1st, 7th and 14th day from Bev making sure everything was perfect and if I had any questions she would answer them for me. On the 14th day I confirmed I was happy with the test drive and would like to keep my new car, Bev then sent across an email confirming the car was now in my name and sent me the V5C in the post.

The customer service/care has been one of the best I have ever experienced from any company.

I highly recommend eCars24/7 to anyone and I look forward to purchasing my next car with them in a few years.

So I've bought two cars in two weeks from eCars247.

Why?
