Excellent service & communication from the moment I logged onto the website via Autotrader and it continued throughout the purchase process, delivery of the vehicle and beyond. The little extra touches make all the difference. Other companies could learn a lot from eCars 24/7 like free delivery & 14 day test drive which saved me a days driving to collect the vehicle & peace of mind once we’d decided to purchase it.

Great experience from start to finish. I was nervous at first buying a car without seeing it in person. Paul was extremely helpful. I managed to pick the car up with 48 hours which was perfect. Everything is transparent and clear, and very professional 100% would recommend ecars to anyone.

Let me first start with a quote "Amazing customer service".
When I first came to know about this company and talked with them on phone, I thought it all looks very great. Then I goolged and found 100% 5 Star rating. It wasn't convincing at that point, but dealing with Paul (mainly), I would also rate 5 star to this company. I hardly give full marks, but this company deserves it. From search, phone calls, emails, to delivery and completion all dept. were excellent. There was a slight miscommunication when I dealt with some other person (Not sure, but I guess Chris) while Paul was on vacation, but it was quickly resolve. And to be clear Chris is also gentleman. I can understand there may be a problem at times, but I was always made confident that they will help and they actually helped at two such occasions during purchase and after purchase.
Overall, very pleased with their customer services.

Bought a Renault a couple of weeks ago from ecars247. Was a bit apprehensive at first and had quite a few questions about the process and how it all works. Had never seen a company that just sells their cars online. Everyone I spoke to was brilliant and they answered all of my questions leaving me feeling comfortable with the decision I was about to make- paying for a car without ever seeing it and driving it! The customer service throughout was impeccable.

There were loads of photos to see and also pics of the imperfections on the car. They had all the documents available via pdf and were also more than happy to deliver the car to me. I decided to pick it up as I was fairly close anyway. A 14 day/500 mile test drive was part of their great customer service and showed their confidence in what they were selling. I went on an immediate 300mile round trip and was a dream to drive.

They followed up regularly (as they had already told me they would) to make sure that everything was going swimmingly and there were no problems. And to top it off they bought me a little gift for purchasing a car from them.

I would most definitely purchase a car from them again and would recommend to a friend. Great way of buying a car. Where else would you get a customer service experience like this? Not at any dealership anyway!

eCars247 is a company you can trust! I have to admit to having some reservations in purchasing a new vehicle without seeing it first & online, but their website is easy to navigate and their staff always on had to answer any questions. There we a few problems, as the car arrived with some small cosmetic damage that was not listed but the company paid for these repairs to be carried out locally and extended my 14 day trial period - which I didn't need as I was already pleased with the car. eCars247 take customer care very seriously & are an excellent company that I can highly recommend. They would have rated five stars if it were not for the problem I listed above.

I was a little nervous about ordering a car online I hadn't seen in real life for quite a chunk of money but right from my first webchat with Nathan, on to the phone calls to discuss the vehicle, the process and the delivery, everything was perfect. Nathan put me at ease and couldn't be more accommodating. The 'imperfections' part of the website was great as you can see what may not appear new on each vehicle - and where it is on the vehicle straight away. The car I bought didn't have any imperfections listed and sure enough, 6 weeks into owning the vehicle, I haven't found any! It arrived at a time convenient to me - the delivery driver was really friendly and very professional and aftercare calls and emails particularly during the 2 week test drive from the whole team were great. I even received a couple of really thoughtful free gifts through the post! A really nice touch. The car has been fab too. All in all this was one of the best companies I have ever dealt with for customer focused service (probably the best). I have already recommended them to several friends and fully intend to go back to them next time I'm looking to upgrade. I would recommend ecars247 without hesitation.

Excellent service. The time-span between paying a deposit and collecting the keys was less than 24 hours. Massive thanks to Bev and Chris who went above and beyond throughout the process.

Absolutely amazing service from start to finish!! If you have any doubt of buying a car online without seeing it first then don't this company is fantastic! The amount of information, photos and videos you receive about these cars is far more impressive then anything you would ever get from a forecourt dealer, between ordering my new audi a1 on the Saturday and receiving it the following Friday I was kept up to date with the progress of the car being prepared for delivery every day.
Even on the day of delivery the car turned up in an enclosed trailer that's designed like a cardboard box, not exactly a deal breaking part of the process but an amazing little novelty touch for new car owners.
