Bottom line up front: would i recommend eCars247 to you - absolutely, yes!

Why? Probably the clearest and best informed website i have ever seen or used from a used car dealer. A very nice touch to have docs available for viewing on line - well done to the web designer.

The team who i dealt with (Chris, Paul and Bev) were all extremely polite, courteous, knowledgeable but above all extremely helpful (read on for more on that) and not pushy.

The car i bought was (almost) exactly as described and a gem (Discovery Sport). To my surprise however (in relation to almost exactly as described), there was a slight discrepancy regarding a service indicator. Nonetheless, Chris, had the car booked into an approved repairer within a week - this included a major service and full discs and pads all around. The latter was on recommendation from the servicing garage - something e247 could have disputed i guess, but again, i like to think, understanding the importance of customer relations, eCars paid for the lot. Yes i admit, these things should not have happened, but, i firmly believe that both were easy oversights. I get it as a professional engineer that these things can happen and am a very hard guy to bluff. The key is e247 sorted it all out, fast and without quibble.

Extremely happy with the service from eCars247 from start to finish. We were a bit apprehensive about buying a car that we had not seen "in the flesh" as it were. That feeling was unfounded. You receive all information about the cars history and an AA vehicle check and HPI check in advance.You also get to drive it for 14 days, which gives a great chance to get a feel for it and identify whether there are any problems, and return it if you don`t like it. We chose to collect the car rather than have it delivered and there were a couple of nice surprises which I won`t ruin by revealing but a lovely touch. We would recommend them to anyone.

It’s only day 1 of my new car but the service has been great. No hassles , quick and easy. Recommended

excellent company to deal with, friendly, helpful staff, with an open an honest approach to business, I particularly liked the imperfection photographs highlighting every chip and mark on the car, some of these imperfections I would have missed on a forecourt; everything happened as they said it would, I dont mind admitting to a sleepless night before the car was delivered, but everything went smoothly and the car arrived at the stated time.

Amazing service is rare these days. In some ways when you find good service like this it can make you suspicious because it is so rare.But these guys at eCars247 are really working hard to excel at bringing a new way to buy a car. They have really succeeded as i wasnt sure about buying a car i had not physically seen but the video was clear and the 14 day guarantee is amazing. Professionally delivered and the car was spotless. If only all UK businesses tried as hard as this!

This company has created an amazing concept & in my opinion has revolutionised how to purchase a vehicle going forward. I personally do not have either the time or the desire to trawl around showrooms. I can't rate eCars247 highly enough. Fantastic customer service, really going above and beyond.

I was a little skepticle at first, buying a car online that I not even sat in. However the process actually makes a lot of sense. Full AA report, 14 day test drive and delivered to your door. This is actually better than the traditional buying process of driving a car up the road for half hour and kicking the tyres.

The staff are fantastic, open and honest throughout. Communication was excellent. The little touches really do make the difference.

Would highly recommend and will hopefully be using eCars247 again.
