The service was completely professional and efficient throughout. Responses to my emails regarding my chosen vehicle were both very prompt and helpful and I was kept up to date with all developments. The quality and level of documentation provided prior to ordering the vehicle was quite unexpected.

It took less than two working days from locating the car online to it being sat on my drive. When the car arrived it was exactly as described.

I would certainly use this supplier again.

I purchased my new car from eCars247 before Christmas. At first, I was apprehensive about purchasing from an online dealer however the experience was faultless. Any minor concerns I had were discussed and worked through, customer service was great throughout and after the process. Would recommend to anyone.

1st time I ever bought a car without a test drive or viewing. The 14 day no quibble return was a winner. I was a little reluctant to transfer a big amount of money without visiting a showroom but all was perfect.
I was contacted regularly and never waited for a call back. Bev was always available to help even after 5pm. Car was delivered on time. I couldn't recommend enough.. I know if I have any problems they will be there to help me. Cut the normal sales car dealers and give e-cars a go.

Service from start to finish was spot on. You are given all the information and help via email and regular phone calls. They make buying the perfect car a simple and worry free experience. I'm so pleased that companies like this still exist.

I found eCars247 through auto trader after taking a liking to the car I am now very pleased to own, up until the point of redirecting to their own website I had been half hearted in my search for a new car and wasn’t looking forward to the prospect of visiting multiple dealers in the hope that I find a vehicle I both like and can trust is in good working order.

The website was professional and showed me the car in every way possible including its defects which I thought was great but I was initially thrown by the fact that you buy online and the car is delivered, I thought it was a great idea but it’s a new concept and the thought of sending a large amount of money without first seeing the car seemed alien and to be honest I was a little worried.

It was at this point I first spoke to Chris through the live chat as I really liked what I’d seen and wanted the car providing everything was as good as it seemed to be.

Chris was very friendly and helpful in answering all my questions and at no point did he pressure me into a call or give the feeling he was just out to sell me a car, I currently stay in northern Ireland so I initially asked about the possibility of delivery as it isn’t something they advertise as doing yet, Chris was willing to make it happen if it’s what I wanted yet he did advise it might be cheaper to fly over and collect the car myself if I had the time, at this point he said he’d be more than happy to arrange for me to be picked up from the airport if I made this choice which I thought was very kind.
I said I wanted to look over some things before committing to anything and that I’d be in touch, I actually wanted to see reviews from previous customers just to be sure I was making the right decision as everything seemed to good to be true, it was through trust pilot that I decided I wanted to do business with Chris and paid the deposit. Chris called me straight away and made to full process effortless along with the help of Bev.

I signed all my documents online and was picked up four days later to collect the car, meeting Chris and Bev in person and seeing the premises made me 100% sure I’d made the right choice in buying my car through eCars247, the unveiling of the car was even made special and unique but I won’t spoil the surprise for others that get the pleasure of going up to the main office in person and there is even a gift on its way which I didn’t expect at all.

The car is perfect and the drive back to Belfast gave me the chance to see how well it runs, having the 14-day trial period gave great comfort but I had already decided before the end date that I’d be keeping the vehicle.

I look forward to coming back to them in two to three years’ time to upgrade my car, Chris said part exchange wouldn’t be a problem when I asked so this will make the process of changing simple.
I genuinely have nothing bad to say about the process and how I was treated, it was more than I could hope for and will be recommending them to any one I know who is looking to buy a car going forward.

I also wish Chris all the best in making his vision a reality where by customer satisfaction most importantly comes first in an industry where it can be lacking currently and that the buying of cars online from his company becomes the norm for everyone in the future.

Can’t speak more highly about this business. Chris and his team do a fantastic job. Quick and easy- reason my wife and I both bought a car from here. I asked so many questions by email before purchasing and Chris, and his team, promptly replied and answered all my queries- even late evening on a Friday!

The 14 day test drive is gold. Over a week in and asked for something to be looked at on the car. Straight away they sort it. New parts put on just in case- all to make it a pleasurable and enjoyable experience. Always kept up to date with the progress and made to feel that they cared about the car and customer.

My wife’s car also had to be changed. Really liked the car but the pram didn’t fit in the boot - only found this out by using the car as normal during the 14 test drive. Chris said no problem to swap it for another car for another 14 day test drive. My wife is very pleased. Couldn’t do this testing anywhere else.

With used cars it can’t always be perfect but they have shown that if you have any concerns they will do their utmost to make you happy and make them as near perfect as can be.

The service was brilliant and I was taken care of very professional. However I feel as though they could’ve stated on the description of the vehicle the amount of scratches on the interior of the back doors and the rear leather seats.

Great service. Bought a car from eCars and was delivered to my door on the date I asked for. This car had no problems and was in excellent clean condition. After a short drive it was realised that there was not enough room for what I needed. I contacted eCars and explained this to them. There was no hesitation in offering a full refund. Which after seeing another car on their website, that was more suited to my needs, I asked if exchange was possible. The next day the car was delivered to my home and exchange made. Buying a car from a private seller tends to be less expensive, but can also be riskier. I bought a beautiful car from eCars247. The company arranged everything for me by email and distance contracts. Then the car has been delivered to my door. I had 14 days test drive which was peace of mind. The staffs were so well organised, accurate and always helpful. They answered all of my questions (include silly one) even late at night.

As you know the reliability of modern cars can be more or less taken for granted. During the test drive, I had an issue with the car. They were so supportive and arranged and paid everything to solve the problem with an authorised garage. They had good customer care after the sale as well. The car has still got 6 months warranty for peace of mind.

In a nutshell, I am 100% satisfied with their service and recommend them to my family and friends.

The car was delivered to my door and completely clean, washed and with half tank :-D.

I'm not a regular review writer, but I wanted to leave one on this occasion as I'm so impressed with everything about ecars247.

I was a little dubious about the concept at first. But honestly if you're thinking of getting a car from them just go for it. Or at least give them a call for a chat, they are the nicest people and totally understand that people may have lots of questions.

The customer service is outstanding and never once did I feel like I was dealing with any kind of pushy sales attitudes. Just normal friendly people. I went into a fancy dealership once and at the time I vowed never again, urrgh, horrible experience!! This buying experience could not have been more different. My car arrived in mint condition, I totally love it and when the time is right for a new car I'll be 100% back to ecars247 again.

Very easy to use never bought a car online before 14day test drive is brilliant you get to know the car and if you don't like return it pay nothing as long as your a serious buyer .Richard and staff are very helpful if you have any problems .

Cannot fault their service at all. Staff are so helpful and really go out their way to make the process as easy as possible. They went above and beyond for us and we are so happy with the car.
