Ecohome Insulation Reviews

Great experience dealing with Chris who organized everything needed for my conservatory roof for next day delivery. Cannot recommend them enough. Definitely 5*

Ordered some of the non-itch insulation from Chris from the website. I made a mistake on the order I made and called Chris to rectify the issue. Dealt with well, product is good, collected as requsested and all was ready for me. Will use again as they have stock and lots of advice on the webiste too.

Delivered quickly and easy ordering process. Came well packaged.

Very fast delivery. Easy to use looks good.

Chris was very helpful, gave good advice and was very patient with all my questions, whilst keeping me informed. Good old fashion customer service, thank you.

I had an excellent experience with Ecohome Insulation from start to finish. I placed my order at 1pm and received both items the very next day by 10am – that’s genuinely impressive delivery speed and shows how efficient their service is.

The products were very reasonably priced compared to other suppliers I looked at, and the quality was exactly what I needed. On top of that, the team were extremely helpful and friendly over the phone, answering my questions clearly and making the whole process smooth and straightforward.

It’s rare to find a company that combines fast delivery, good pricing, and great customer service all in one place. I would definitely recommend them and will happily use them again in the future. Highly reliable and professional service! 👍📦✨

This insulation was very good. It’s not itchy but did make us cough a little. It’s nice and thick and there was plenty on the rolls to cover the areas we needed.

Easy to select and order products.
Straight forward to install and looks great.

Everything came quickly and was of good quality and the YouTube videos were helpful to aid with the installation

Very good company, brilliant customer service and great product

Delighted with product arrived early yes would use again

Great communication and helpful staff.

The product was an absolute bargain and so easy to tear off and fit with no unpleasantness or fibres and dust, insulated my dormer loft spaces in no time, ordered enough for what was missing, then ordered a second batch to replace the old fibre glass, both arrived exactly on time, updated on both text and email.

Ease of transaction, cost effective product fit for purpose & environmentally friendly. Delivery on time and agreed to meet my requirements.

Fantastic very convenient and we are very happy was delivered next day as was said very pleased

Great communication, delivery on time

Ordered the eco insulation kit, delivered within time stated. Checked kit and the joint sealing tape missing. Emailed the company to say this was missing. Promptly I had an apology, tape sent out and arrived within 48hrs. Could not ask for better service.

Good stuff at the best price we could find
