Ordered a RENNLINE skid plate that was supposedly in stock. Then given an extended delivery date that was not met, then extended again to after Christmas. I cancelled the order. Tired of getting jerked around.
p.s.: After reading the apology, I still wonder why the listing indicated that they were "in stock". They weren't in stock at ecs tuning and not in stock at RENNLINE.

Ordered something that showed as in stock. Delivery incrementally pushed back time and time again. 3 weeks later, still no part and no explanation for the delay. Customer service was less than polite when I cancelled my order. This was my first and last order with ECS - won't make that mistake again.

Good prices, easy to navigate website, good details & printable installation instructions, free shipping (took long while to get delivered, but wasn't in rush because too cold outside put on my car anyway), delivery of stuff was on projected time, things were as ordered.

Changing my review to 4* based on how they handled the situation below, they reached out and send me a new item, paid the duties, and I received right away.

Ordered a product on December 16th, still not received, I paid $68.18 for the product, plus $14.99 shipping, plus Canadian $25.50 in custom and services fees, and not only do I not have the product, I have to chase it with FedEx myself! I was told by ESC Tuning that the product had been damaged in transit, and to contact FedEx for more information. Any decent company would simply re-send the item.

ECS tuning is one of the very few sites I trust to order parts for my audi A4 the team there is amazing. I’ve been working with them for the past couple years. I usually work with Mike and he’s gone above and beyond for me so many times answering all my questions, and getting parts out extremely fast when I need them. I can't thank Mike enough for all the as well as everyone at ECS

Only gave me $6 refund on a $20 item that was returned in perfect condition and never used because it didn’t fit. Never gave me a reason why. These kinds of shady business practices rub me the wrong way. There are too many other companies out there to choose from that sell the same products. Never buying from them again.

What can I say about a hard to beat one stop shop, easy to navigate site,on time shipping, never had a bad experience with returns. Highly recommend to friends and family.

I've tried to order from this company twice. They take my order, process my payment but when I check the status of my order, not in stock. Maybe make the customer aware or the supply issue BEFORE processing the order. I'm done with this company!

SCAM! 6 MONTHS WAITING, NO PART, NO REFUND, NO SERVICE

I recently ordered a set of wheels that were on sale on ECS Tuning’s website. I spoke to an ECS employee over the phone who said they’d ship directly from the manufacturer, and he placed the order for me. However, after not hearing anything from ECS for about a week, I reached out to ask for a tracking number, only to be told those wheels are no longer in production by the manufacturer and that they’d cancelled my order (without telling me). Nobody contacted me to tell me this, and I only found out because I contacted ECS for tracking. Very poor customer service and it’s very frustrating that their website isn’t even accurate regarding what items you can actually order from them.

Every transaction through the years have been straightforward and smooth. Never had an issue and shipping is quite fast. I always shop around for the best prices and deals and ECS is usually the best. Recommended.
