Coalville Branch: Excellent service, great site.
Always visit the Coalville branch for tyres and similar jobs. Been going for the last 10 years.
Excellent service, very competitive pricing, the lads are always in good humour and happy to help.
Worth calling the branch rather than booking online as they're more flexible that way and they can access a wider range of tyres directly. Very happy to recommend.

Over the moon with my experience with…
Over the moon with my experience with ETS Coalville. First time I’ve taken my car there due to issues with Kwik Fit & Formula One over the last two years.
Not only was the job done properly which is quite rare these days the price was extremely competitive and a pleasant surprise.
I’ve been looking for a trustworthy garage to help with my car maintenance and hopefully just found it.
Very very happy with the work they carried out from start to finish.
They have actually helped me before but didn’t charge me for a loose bolt on my brake calipers.

Gainsborough branch. Asked us to take out a payment plan to cover expensive repairs which did not need doing. Asked us to pay for issues caused during time they had our vehicle, which didn't exist when we took it in.

Great customer service still exists!
Took my car in and asked for 2 new tyres as mine were losing pressure, the guys ordered them for me but when they came to fit them advised that the tyres were not the issue and that fitting them would not solve the problem. The easy thing would have been to fit them and charge me accordingly, very impresssed with the honesty and friendly nature of the team there, will definately be using this garage now going forward, good to see that proper customer service still exists!

You know this is a very popular place judging by the car park! A few weeks ago I called in with a slow tyre pressure reduction. It was looked at and no fault found and no charge made! I was so pleased I booked an MOT with them yesterday. Excellent front desk info from Richard, timely execution as promised and competitive pricing from a local and reccomended firm.

I visited the Eastwood branch this morning to have my windscreen washer unit looked at as it wasn't working they fitted me in at very short notice and repaired it for me as it was a fuse , couldn't believe it when they said no charge as it was only a fuse ! What a difference an Eden Makes!
Booked online for two tyres to be replaced on my Honda CRV. On arrival we were suitably impressed by the Friendliness of the reception team and mechanics. Tyres were changed in the blink of an eye and we were off and running in no time. Prices were very competitive and all inclusive (no hidden extras) so we knew what we would be paying even before we arrived. Great service from a great team.

Excellent Service
I have used ETS Sutton in Ashfield several times. Over the Xmas holidays my car developed a noise in one of the front wheels. As ETS were shut on Saturday December 27th, I took the car into one of the few local garages open only to be told that they could not even look at it to diagnose the problem until Jan 6th! I made an appointment at ETS on Monday 29th for later that day, had the car checked over and it was confirmed as safe to drive. Even though they were very busy, a team member spent about half an hour checking the car to make sure all was well and - didn’t even charge me. Great service as usual from ETS! They look after their customers! Great service :)
