Burton branch. Needed 2 new tyres, booked a time to visit , car was immediately taken into workshop, 2 tyres fitted, tracking /wheel alignment done all within 25 minutes. Even with a good chat with the team there, free drink too.

Ive used Eden Tyres in Ashby de la zouch for 6 years.
Annual MOT and service, and anything inbetween.
These boys give a customer service experience much more than 5 star. Their help and advice is honest and reliable. This week they sorted out a bit of a drama, my car had a vert scary puncture on local roundabout, despite being very busy, they made space to quickly put me back on the road. A big thank you.

The engineer went above and beyond to remove the faulty sensor, taking way longer than the time quoted but not charged more for the labour. Cracking job and coupled with the fact that I wasn't charged for diagnostics too, these guys are fantastic!

I have been using this place for many years and always received an excellent service. They were good honest people who were very knowledgeable,professional and offered good advice. Obviously them days are long gone as the service I have just received from the new people in charge was absolutely abysmal. I took my car in because it was making a strange noise and asked them to take a look (a previous garage had suggested links and ball joints were wearing ) so I mentioned this. After test driving it to listen for the noise and then checking the car on the ramp, the technician came in and said they definitely need replacing and that’s what is making the noise. Again I asked, that’s definitely where the noise is coming from, to be told, yes definitely. I was quoted £600 ( apparently the parts were costing £380) and it was at least 2 hours work. I agreed to have the work done and upon completion went to pick my car up. I was told that it had been test driven and everything was fine only to find the same noise on my way home. After calling I was told to bring it in next morning so they could have another look. This time another guy test drives it and comes back and says “can’t hear no noise “. I suggested that I go with him and point it out and as soon as it was pointed out to him he says “that’s something else and you probably need to take it to a BMW specialist. Why the hell have you guys just charged me £600 if you didn’t even know what the actual fault was that was making the noise.??? No explanation, no sympathy, appalling behaviour and no customer care. Another thing to note, the receipt had no itemised parts costs or man hours service charge, just the total cost!! Definitely won’t be taking any of our cars there again.

I CONTACTED ETS WAY BEFORE THIS REVIEW BUT THEY HAVE NOT BOTHERED TO RESPOND.
I booked my car in for a slow puncture repair by phone. During the booking I was told I had a nail in my tyre and I needed a new one. (Main dealer did not find this on there video inspection just before this hence why I thought it was a valve issue.) They didn’t specify where the nail was or why they couldn’t repair it.
I opted to replace both tyres on the axle due to ETS not having the same brand in stock and therefore the tread patterns not matching and an upcoming MOT.
The tyres I chose were not in stock so I agreed to return later in the day to have them fitted while they got them delivered from Tyre Partner (another Eden Tyres company).
I returned and had the tyres fitted. The Manager told me after I paid (2p more than the website price for some reason) that my car was in a bay with the keys in it.
I approached the work bay and my car was deep into the back of it (you could’ve easily got a large car/SUV/VAN in front of it in the work bay). I had to avoid tools and work chests to get to it so that I could drive it out.
Upon arriving home I checked the tyres as I couldn’t in the work bay due to tool chests and tools. And it turned out that Eden Tyres had put not only the wrong tyres on but cheaper tyres!
Long story short, I had the tyres changed the following day, the manager said he’d given the lad a “rollocking” which only made me feel bad for the lad! Poor management say it’s all. Guidance, training and supervision if need is how you help your staff and business surely?! He then offered me a service that the car DID NOT NEED as an apology! He knew it was not needed as I asked him if it was needed and he was SILENT. (Tracking, it had just been done so I knew and he knew it didn’t need it.)
This company is not what it used to be under John Eden.
They also added me to their marketing texts and emails without asking! Any professionalism this company once had is gone and with it my trust.

I had a burst tyre and booked for a mobile tyre change with Eden Tyres (who are very local to me) via Blackcircle when I purchased my replacement tyre.
The tyre fitting was booked in for Wednesday 4th February between 12.30 and 5pm but no fitter arrived.
I contacted Eden Tyres and Blackcircle who advised I was rescheduled for Thursday 5th February which was confirmed by email.
A little nervous I called Eden tyres to check on Thursday morning and asked for an ETA. I was told the fitter would contact me when he was in his way. Guess what? Another no show.
No phone call. No apology. No update.
I had to contact Black circle to resolve the situation who rebooked with an alternative garage.
Ive still not received any call from Eden Tyres - they clearly don’t value their customers or have a clue about customer service.
AVOID AVOID AVOID.
