I needed all 4 tyres replacing pre mot so spent some time looking at various outlets and a variety of tyres. Due to budget restrictions I went for budget tyres and the best option I found was with Eden. The company is easy to deal with not pushy with the extras and kept me informed with what they found throughout. Thank you.

Last week,
I attended Eden Tyres in Leicester,
with a nail in my tyre @ 08.30.

They did not have a replacement in stock,
as they were ROF’s.
They ordered a tyre in from head office,
asked me to return @ 15.30,
when they promptly fitted the new tyre.

An excellent level of service.

Shocking customer service! Eden Tyres and Servicing Market Harborough.
I had a an MOT appointment at 2pm, left home at 1.45, (1 mile from garage) and caught in horrendous traffic, Gores Lane, Kettering Road, St Marys etc literally stuck for 25 mins trying to get 1 mile.
Walked in a 2.10pm, I said hello mate, and was not greeted with a hello back, I mentioned I have an appointment for 2.00pm and was told "I had" an appointment at 2.00pm! I asked for this be repeated and was told again "I had" an appointment. About as patronizing as you can get, however it got better. I asked what this meant? still no clarity on answer, and I mentioned the traffic situation, to which I was then asked do I live in Harborough, yes I do I replied, I was told then you should have known! Thanks for that, working from home today, I was not checking for traffic updates every 5 mins for a local garage.
I asked to clarify are you saying the 10 mins which has passed since 2pm means my appointment is cancelled, to which the answer was finally yes.
No acknowledgement of the travel issues in Harborough today, no apology, no attempt to see if it could still be squeezed in today.
I don't normally do reviews, however genuinely shocked at the customer service, or lack of, the patronizing approach and unwillingness to even acknowledge or seek to find a solution. Eden Tyres & servicing are new to the area and definitely one to avoid following this experience.

I popped into the tyre shop today without a booking because I was struggling to remove a szied tyre valve. Luca and Giuseppe were incredibly helpful and friendly from the moment I arrived. Even though I hadn’t made an appointment, they took the time to assist me and quickly sorted out the problem.
Really appreciate their professionalism and willingness to help. Great customer service — thank you both! Highly recommend this place.

I needed to have my BMW s wheel alignment checked, Which is a part of regular servicing checks.
I looked and found ETS and booked on line which took only a few minutes and I was very pleased to get it booked in same day and free.
My visit was hassle free and very efficient by helpful staff the test was done and the adjustment made without any problems and I was on my way home in less than half an hour.

I have used ETS twice for my MOT. Both times completed in about 40mins while I waited and no problems. The availability of our appointments is very handy. Would recommend

They were excellent. We called in the morning aas told they'd order in our tyres and had an appointment that afternoon. We arrived a few minutes early but they started as soon as we got there. We went off to the local shop. Then they completed the work quickly and to a high standard and we were off home again. Excellent staff, very friendly and polite too.
Polite notice though, ask the two young men (one driving my car the other stood very close) to be aware of the customer watching them, as they drive the car over their toes, laughing and totally unaware I was stood watching!

I can’t recommend Eden Tyres & Servicing in Swadlincote enough.

Simon and the team have been absolutely brilliant and I’ve been using them ever since they opened. They are always helpful, honest, and take the time to explain things properly rather than just fobbing you off.

They did once have an issue where my exhaust on my Insignia wasn’t quite right afterwards, but the important part is that they owned it straight away, rectified it, and even went the extra mile by fitting aftermarket parts to make it look completely standard again. That level of care and responsibility is rare these days.

They are the only garage I trust with all three of my cars and I genuinely can’t thank them enough for the service they provide.

From booking to having my car returned it was a flawless system. I had my car booked in for a full service and MOT. The price was exactly what I expected and the car ready to be collected at the estimated time from drop off. I was called beforehand and informed that my car was ready and every member of staff was polite and courteous. I had asked for an additional job to be completed and the diagnosis was given and advice on the job too.

Excellent service! Website extremely easy to book in for a tyre change with free alignment check. Team at the Hinckley branch very efficient and friendly, double checked what I wanted, tyre with alignment check and adjustments following the check completed between 30-40 mins at a very competitive price. This is the second time I have used this company and will more than likely migrate over to them for servicing

Booked online to replace both rear tyres on my Tesla, which was simple and quick. On arrival, lady on Reception was very friendly. Although they were very busy, job was done efficiently and reasonably quickly. Thank you.
