I had 2 new tyres fitted today at Ashby ETS. The managers there always deliver excellent Customer service & the team work hard to get your car back on the road asap. The std of work is appreciated and compared to their rivals they offer great value for money. They have put in huge effort to build up a loyal following of satisfied customers. They are particularly good at delivering practical tyre and servicing advice to the elderly. Highly recommended, well done Mark & Matt.

Absolutely disgusting service! As a small business owner with a fleet of vans i had been using Eden tyres & services for many years as a business owner and privately. I was treated with respect and the customer services was faultless, my workers would take the vans in when any issues occurred get them fixed and i would go in and pay the next day as it was not always possible for me to go with them and i did not want to give my credit card to my staff. This worked perfectly for years until last Friday the 6/3/26. I met Lee Nussy the new branch manager. He was immediately rude abrupt and unhelpful i explained when i come in il pay then when with my vehicle but when my workers bring the their vans in i am not always available to come with them, but I have always come in the next day and paid. I had with the previous manager John and the one before him Peter. However Lee said he won’t allow this to happen & it should have been accepted in the first place. I try to explain that i am not always in derby as i have to be on site for work. But ill always make sure the balance is brought is paid off the next day, so my business isn’t effected. His response was that he does not know me, so not doing that! I pointed out the business name on the side of the van and he could check the company records. Lee said “I could have put that on the van to get service for free” who in their right mind would detail their van to get a £90 free tire? Even after being extremely rude and unhelpful, if i am not available i could ring and pay over the phone whilst any tyres are being fitted on other vans or pay before works are carried out. Lee said he wouldn’t allow for that either. He made out the only option was to come in myself every time one of my vans needed tyres or give a member of my staff my business credit card. I asked him for his managers name and detail or head office details and he refused. I said you are not allowed to refuse a customer details of your head office and lee replied “i am”. In all my years of business dealing with other business owners the public and many customers. I have never come across such a unhelpful, rude, disrespectful, condescending and extremely unlikeable man. My final words before i left was i will take my business elsewhere. And lee said “Good!”. Such a shame a great business with excellent customer service has gone.
I doubt they will stay afloat for long with Lee Nussy as a manger.

Started work straight away and complete in great time. Really pleased with the price and quality.

Fantastic team! I came to Derby to have my alloy refurbished and was told that my tyre was laminated horribly so was unable to drive back home safely. I was recommended EDEN by the chap who repaired my alloy. They got me booked in same day and they also had the tyres I needed. The were quick with the change and I was on my way home in no time. Lovely team to deal with. Great experience highly recommend! You don’t need to be from Derby to use their services! I live 40 miles away and would definitely come back again!!

This is my first time using Eden Tyres Alfreton Road Branch and I have to say was very impressed and happy with the service from start to finish. From the response to my email by Melissa, plus an actual visit to check what could be done to book car in on a particular day/time by the helpful lady on the service desk, to carrying out the tyre inspection, sourcing the correct tyre from another branch, fixing it and technician explaining the damage to tyre was five stars! (it was for my daughters car and her first experience of a flat tyre!) It was very busy, so must be consistently good service!

I was visiting in Derby and had an electrical problem. ETS was recommended to me. They gave me a brilliant quote for a new battery, which they fitted the next day.
They were efficient and courteous. I was able to continue my 500 mile journey.

I’ve used Eden Tyres on and off for a few years now and always super pleased with their work and prices. I tend to go to the Ashby branch and Mark is always a pleasure to greet! Such a streamline service with no issues at all, and the ability to book online is a great addition! I highly recommend!

Great service. Tyre repair and wheel balance carried out with care. Saved a lot of money for a replacement tyre.

Visited the guys with some shaking on the steering wheel and they did a full tracked and balanced good price the lad even explained some other issues and advice on what next steps were amazing team so helpful

Unlike previous visit, today it wasn't perfect, operator returned car with tyre pressure fault and warning saying both front tyres been air this was clear for any driver to see when starting car.fault was quickly resolved, but operator should have noticed this and sorted it.

Tyres damaged after hitting a pothole. Tried 2 other places who couldn't fit me in until next week. Sorted within 24h. Friendly, helpful and transparent.

My son took his car for a new tyre ready for his MOT and was told the other front tyre was at 3.5mm and was OK. He has taken it for an MOT and has been told the cord is showing on the inside of the tyre that he was told was ok 5 days before. We have always had a great service with Ripley but this has made us think about our future plans.
