I’m not the type to leave a review but felt the need this time, I just want to thank Eden tyres & servicing in Swadlincote, My wife took her car for a new tyre last week (which is always daunting for her) she’s since said that she received possibly the best customer service/experience of her life.
Please pass our gratitude onto Nathan on the front desk for making my wife feel at complete ease and making the whole experience as stress free as possible, will be using you for all of our needs from now on, thankyou!

Booked my campervan in for two tyres…
Booked my campervan in for two tyres which I’d previously purchased, busy place and had to book. Waited one hour for fitting which I thought was longer than expected. Charged me £50 for two tyres fitted and disposal of the ones that were on, reasonable I guess, there are cheaper places but service and staff spot on. Would use again

If Carlsberg did tyre changing
Compared to all the other tyre places …finally an environment and customer service that makes you feel like it’s the 21st century. Although when booking I was told 4pm, which was fine, when I took the wheel in, and mentioned my daughter was stuck on the roadside, the guy behind the desk took it and said he has 5mins spare, and did it straight away!

Had a new exhaust fitted and an MOT
Had a new exhaust fitted and an MOT . Great service as always at a reasonable price. Just the odd advisory on the MOT and have been offered a free health check on the car in around 3 to 6 months which won’t be matched by many garages. Always professional and as a woman, I feel I can trust them to be honest and they have always be very reasonably priced. I send my friends and family there. When I got new front Tyres, they were £56 cheaper than any other place. Amazing!

I had a great experience with Melton…
I had a great experience with Melton mowbray ETS garage . They identified the problem with my car quickly and explained everything clearly before carrying out the repair. The work was done efficiently, and the car is running perfectly now.
What really stood out was their customer service everyone was friendly, helpful, and genuinely cared about doing a good job. It’s so reassuring to find a garage you can trust. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending them to others.

Excellent - fast efficient and friendly service for my car. Took it for wheel balancing, they explained report and was able to rectify there and then, all within 30mins. I have a range rover and wouldnt have seen the car for 2 weeks if i would have gone to land rover, even tho i have warranty on it!!!!

Our daughter Rebecca visited week 14 …
Our daughter Rebecca visited week 14 march and had her Peugeot 208 fitted with new brakes and pads, and a couple bits and bobs she said she couldnt fault them.
Today i rang and spoke with a lovely helpful lady (lucy). Needed to get our tyre pressures checked
Again they were superb would def recommend 10/10
