Great staff,great service,and Value for money
One of the reasons I always return to ETS is the fact ive always recieved an honest and trustworthy, diagnosis of what ever problem ive had or the fact ive just booked my vehicle(s) in for a new battery tyre change service or MOT, i know my vehicle is in great hands and when I get it back it will be in tip top condition, even though ive moved out of Derby I now make a 45 mile round trip to go to the Old Alfreton road workshops because the staff are always so friendly helpful and knowledgeable, and when ive asked them a question they didn't have an immediate answer for they went away found the answer and contacted me with it, qaulity service like that is hard to find these days so I stick with what I trust and I trust ETS

I knew my tracking was out and was not…
I knew my tracking was out and was not sure if I needed to have front wheel alignment or all wheels aligned, so I used there free tracking check and also booked in to have my brakes and suspension all checked for free, Turns out I need all wheels tracked and they were really helpful and showed me the data before hand, they then did the tracking there and then, with the safety checks I had done and tracking sorted I was in there for around 40 minutes which I thought was quite quick

Puncture
I had a puncture 20 miles away from Eden Tyres and within 1 hour of me changing the tyre by the roadside. I had dropped the punctured tyre at Eden Tyres and they had repaired the puncture and put it back on my car. Less than £30. What a service. Highly recommend.
