Have taken out 6 month subscription, however there are a dearth of viable options 3 days in.

I'm shown matches but can't search for other people on my mobile. I haven't checked if this is different on the laptop yet.

My advice is be patient. Very few matches were a chance, mainly because of distances. Then a local match. The amazing thing is we are alike in our thinking in so many ways. Eharmony could not have discovered that compatibility with a limited number of general questions. It needs personal interaction.

Have found most matches are pretty good in terms of criteria and I'm happy with the results so far.

I paid $150 for three months and the app doesn't work!!! Has been giving me an error message for the last 3 days, so I haven't even used the site.

Liked e-harmony, did what it said it would do and I met someone that I like very much. You felt that people on the site wanted a real connection not just a physical one.

Spent hours honestly filling in profile, most of the women don't bother to fill in profiles so how the hell do you create a match
2 women said they were in relationships
And the one that did respond just wants money....

I didn't ask for my money back because it would have been a waists of my time...

I have found the site to be very user friendly, I would recommend anyone looking into dating to use Eharmony. I found my perfect match.

Works well, now engaged. Matches were slow but you only need one when looking for “the one” matches were spot on.

There are a lot of inactive accounts that are still being matched with active people. This is not fair as people wait on responses or are led to believe that there are more matches than they can realistically interact with.

eharmony matched me with Manda. But, our baggage destroyed us.

I liked everything about eharmony. I found it easy to use with just enough information about members to help with choosing matches. I found a lovely man on EH and we are thoroughly enjoying our connection. It is early days and it is very promising. At the risk of sounding unromantic EH made it easy to avoid character traits that aren't compatible with mine...which made the process nicer all round. I am also very impressed with how well mannered members where and I am aware that EH management monitor that closely, thank you EH.

The site is good but could be better. More and better explanation on how to navigate through the site and use it right would be great, rather than trying to find out on your own (and others possibly thinking you're a stalker for the amount of times you've gone in and out of their profiles just trying to work out how it all works!). How do you also know if people are active on the site? You could be messaging and not getting anywhere, but not realising they're taking a break, dating someone or something similar. More information like that would be good to have.

Its a solid concept to attempt to match people but it has significant limitations. There does need to be a human component with brief statements, particularly where a person has more specific requirements. I am disappointed with this site thus far and do not have much hope for mutual matches. There should be trial period for refunds of at least 4 weeks if not mutual matches and that is demonstrated. I also would like a box to remove a match that does not suit without harsh reasons....just on a practical level as no use remaining visible. The site is not responsible for who joins and their preferences so therein is the biggest challenge but perhaps more information needed to fine tune.

I seem to only get a reply from people who are scamming or live in Las Vegas or no reply at all.... I have sent genuine messages to many many many and no reply..... am I doing something wrong???
