Dismal quantity and choice

I won't be renewing my membership. I was expecting to be at least 500 females. Rsvp has this much. Location Gold Coast

in a nutshell, no matches for someone of a spiritual nature who is looking for like hearted souls. Two incidents of potential matches whom I was in connection with, one including phone conversations who were taken from the site I presume because they were reported by other women.
The preset questions I find soul crushingly banal and childlike. Apologies if this seems to honest but really adults sending this type of questions...its all fantasy, non grounded reality. Don't wish to be too negative. Easy to follow steps and the site is appealing aesthetically. The pych profile questions are fairly comprehensive but you know its probably just me...not the dating site type. Gave it a go. With love, Gemma

Eharmony was my first experience with online dating. I had come out of a long relationship which resulted in me being very clear in my mind what I wanted. I chose eharmony as it is designed to match on comparability. This was a big draw card for me as I wanted someone who I could enjoy life with doing things we both love doing rather than always having to compromise with each other.
Initially my search was quite slow. There was a flurry of matches but not many connections. After about 4 weeks online a match did pop up which when I read sounded quite exciting. A smile was sent which quickly was reciprocated with a smile back. Some questions were sent, some questions came back. I was having a pretty rough day at work when this occurred so it did brighten my day up considerably.

From there we started a conversation online. As I work away on roster it meant that we had a physical barrier to meeting so we were able to talk and get a good feeling from each other before this occurred. And boy did we talk!

We have obviously met and are now in a really special relationship. I have met my soulmate & my new best friend.

I obviously have had a very good experience with eharmony. I can’t say that everyone will find the one but eharmony certainly has allowed us to meet. Without eharmony our paths probably would never have crossed.

As a professional living in a regional town I found eHarmony great to use because of the option to be "incognito" and I liked the fact people can't just search through profiles and that profiles are instead matched to your own priorities like whether or not you want children or whether an equitable income match is important. Luckily for me eHarmony has been successful and I have met a wonderful guy.

You falsely advertise men as matches that have not subscribed therefore are a waste if time and you do not stick to my requested settings for distance and age

I was lucky to find my match.
However after terminating my subscription I was still emailed prospective matches, so maybe there is too much of a lag as I didn't want my profile to be visible any more.

I have had one on going reply ,out of many. Also the supply has dried up at your end ? Am I missing something ? Kevin

Clever and better than other sites but quite slow. Matches received daily which is too slow for me because I don't fancy any of them. Inbox is full of smiles so I can't filter out messages that I'd actually be interested in.

E:Harmony gave me the opportunity from the comfort of my own home, to meet a diverse range of ladies who i could chat with online and if there was a connection, then meet them in a safe environment.
I have since met a wonderful beautiful lady, which we are now dating, whilst it is early stage, i feel confident it will be long term. Which then reminds me of all the questions i answered, to truly find a good compatible partner, on so many different levels. So to E: Harmony i am very grateful for that. Cheers Russ

there is almost nobody in my area and the site does not give you any information on users to know if you would gain anything out of a subscription.

The site is straight forward to use. It uses a good strategy of questions and answers that covers all bases in comparability, income and area to give you the best starting place. The rest is up to you . The on going daily catch ups with new member is very encouraging.

Met the girl of my dreams on eharmony. She lives 986km away, but we are working on closing that gap as soon as possible.
