It's actually a terrible service. Customers do not like using their platform and so it was't an effective service. Moreover I don’t believe their systems and compliance to be robust. Whilst I... Toon meer

UNTRUSTWORTHY
I hired a motor home from Just Go Motorhomes way back in October last year and was ripped off badly. I wanted to share my experience with others considering using Just Go. I wrote a review and despite many many emails and TWO recorded delivery letters, to date have had no response whatsoever. They are giving biased reviews and therefore not trustworthy.
Do not publish a negative review
I tried many times to remind them about publishing my negative review on TopCar Autoreisen but they ignore my requests ever after I had submitted proofs of purchase.
Read the small print! as they screwed us over!
We had used Ekomi for over a year with resonable results, the contract then auto re extends and the get out is 12 months! We wanted to move as there was a better option as we had re developed our site. No way out but to pay.. what a Joke! We were hounded to pay for a service we didn't want to continue with but no 30 day get out like most companies. Very bad customer service.
Bad Service and Inefficient system of collecting reviews
Awful customer service! They are not educated on how to even upload the reviews. They don't respond to emails or call their clients back. Worst of all, their system of collecting reviews for companies is horrible. It's the most inefficient system I have ever used.
Outdated App + Awful Service = Avoid like the Plague
I signed up for a 12-month contract. Nowhere in the contract did it state it would renew automatically; that was paced that somewhere on a lengthy legal page on their website. All other web apps that automatically renew are upfront about it and tell you right away by using clear words like “annual plan” when you actually sign up. The contract I signed simply said “12 months” of service with no mention on the actual contract about it renewing.
I stopped using their service and switched to another, more modern service that is more up-to-date with usability and features (eKomi is right at the bottom). About 7 months later someone from their team contacts me about why I stopped paying and started bothering me about paying for a second year of service. I was quite surprised about this. I asked them to simply cancel (because unlike all other cloud/web app services there is no way to cancel from the admin section). Instead, they expect you to know that we have to email their billing department requesting a cancellation.
I simply asked them to do the nice thing and just cancel the contract from the time I stopped using them (the 12th month of the 12-month contract) and they refused.
I'm stunned by their shortsightedness. Instead of me leaving a 4-star review about how their customer service turned what could have been a bad situation into a friendly parting they refuse to let go of a single penny and would rather fight and send through collections then do the honorable thing and just part ways in good terms.
Avoid like the plague. I just Googled them and found that most of their employees also feel that the company is backwards and not worth dealing with.
Summary: don't start with them. There are much better services with tons more features for lower prices and more friendly staff and great usability. This is one company that probably won't be around long.
UPDATE: They have removed all of our reviews we had collected with them and have sent us to a debt collection agency instead of trying to work out a compromise, even though they would make out about the same or even less after debt collectors take their share. Awful company to deal with and extremely shortsighted to boot. Anyone know who to contact at Google to get this company off their list of approved review providers?
UPDATE 2: eKomi tried to take down this review saying “ This is purely defamatory and untrue. All terms and conditions are accessible before signing a contract. It is the contracting party´s duty to follow the agreed terms (both parties). Not using a service does not lead to cancellation.”
This is laughable. There is nothing untrue here. Notice how they say the terms are “accessible” not “the terms are clear on the actual contract”. Also note that, as the saying goes, “actions speak louder than words.” You can see in my case, and most others, that what their actual customers think of them is less important to them than being “contractually correct.” If they would just be as transparent as possible in the beginning, listen attentively to their customers and solve issues amicably they wouldn't have such awful reviews. You have to admit, this is quite ironic for a review company.
The Best Feedback Management
They have a very efficient Review Management system in line. Very honest and only genuine reviews are published whether it positive or negative. Customer service support has been the best I have come across. Quick response and very professional behaviour. I would recommend eKomi to everyone every time. Good Job eKomi team.
Best provider I've come across.
This is the best review provider. I've come across very helpful team, easy to setup & very responsive customer care. I'd recommend this company.
Never signed a contract with Ekomi | Threat of Debt collectors!
I've been with ekomi for 5+ years & now I want to leave they say I'm in a 12 month contract I didn't sign? Ekomi said I could pay £39 instead of £99 if I stayed with them. They are now threatening me with Debt collectors even though I have never missed a single payment. I have informed Google about the way ekomi operate. Keep away from the Ekomi feedback system whatever you do. Ekomi's emails are very rude and out of order and made me worry a lot.
Deliberately misleading
I have tried several times to review Justfab uk through this site. I have given them my proof of purchase from Justfab uk. They are ignoring me in order to make a dishonest company look better.
Boost in visitors and responsive customer service
I am using ekomi on multiple onlineshops that I own and I can definitely measure an increased number of visitors on each shop. Customer Support has always been friendly and responsive to my requests, recommendable!!!
Ekomi is a sham and a terrible idea - Avoid like the plague
Read the extra small letters as this company is cunning and will find ways to exploit your business. We will never ever recommend this company and will tell all our suppliers to avoid it. Many of our customers share the view that this company is about as reliable as a car made in north korea. Avoid it like the plague.
Don't believe it. Only Good Reviews Accepted
It is made extremely difficult to make a poor review of their CLIENT companies. A link arrives soon after your order. My order wasn't received at that stage so no review was made as I had polite mails informing me of it's imminent arrival. However, the order has still not been fulfilled 10 weeks later and when I asked for a new link giving all the original order details, I received a request for a number of further order and personal details to which I answered as below.
In short do not believe the ratings - The companies involved pay Ekomi to manage their feedback. Positive feedback is accepted and negative feedback is challenged. Who can be bothered to take up a fight to have a review accepted? This gives a false result and an optimistic representation of the reviewed company. Of course, I also believe that the companies should have the right to reply when the feel that reviews of them are unfair. This should be done by allowing their comments to be added to a negative view. This allows prospective customers to see both sides of the case. In my own view I feel it is a very positive thing to see management responding to the negative reviews and it can enhance their reputation for occasional lapses. This is not the same as wholesale suppression of negative comment. As I write this four cases for Ekomi are hidden for supposed moderation. They will not be positive comment.
I will be taking the results of Review companies with a large pinch of salt from now on and suggest that further research should be undertaken before ordering. There are other more honest review results around.
My edited reply to Ekomi is below.
Dear Misleading company.
Thank you for your response.
It confirms my fears about the quality of the reviews showing in your site.
I have had no delivery of my order 10 weeks after ordering. I cannot review the incompetent company which scores very highly in your review site.
It is made extremely difficult to submit a negative review (10 customers receiving goods from 100 orders gives 10 good reviews and no negative)
That does not give an honest depiction of the companies reliability. I see that these companies are your customers though and this methodology is probably deliberate.
It certainly fooled me and I have spent £200 pounds for no result. The credit company may have to help out in recovering funds from your highly rated company.
I shall not enter into further dialogue regarding passing a review on ***** ******.
Rather I shall find ways of reviewing the offending company elsewhere.
I shall also be reviewing your own company and pointing out the positive bias that you are giving to your client organisations.
difficult to get them to publish an unfavourable review, however accurate!
ekomi sent me a link in error. It is a link to the various complaints from other reviewers regarding wasting their time:
Should one give an unfavourable review, ekomi sends an email asking you to tick a box giving your permission for the review to be withdrawn until you have undergone their 'mediation' process. This is designed to grind you into the ground. The supplier/eKomi and you, the reviewer, are then encouraged to argue why/why not the review should stand. Who, quite frankly has the time or inclination! This is what they are relying on! It turns out that eKomi is not an independent review site. They charge their customers (i.e., the companies you review) an annual fee to wheedle out the unfavourable reviews.
Update: after numerous emails, they decided to publish my review... so they said. However, I have checked and there is no sign of it! lol, all that hard work for nothing! My advice is, stick to reputable review sites.
Use another review company
We signed up with their review system a year ago and started collecting reviews from our customers. A year later our contract runs out and all the reviews that we collected up until the last day were all removed from EKOMI and also removed our reviews the very next day.
We were given two options for this to be re-instated:
1. Pay to have our reviews re-instated
2. Pay for our reviews which will be sent as a file
We decided to perform a legal investigation instead for this particular case as we fail to believe that our customer reviews are not going to be published anywhere - seeing that they have taken their time to review our company.
For this reason CUSTOMERS and BUSINESSES should question - if this method of operation is fair and valid? Are your reviews going to be published just because the business contract ended? Are EKOMI really worthy for being a fair company that you could rely on?
For us we were just proven that EKOMI is definitely NOT the right partner for collecting reviews on our behalf as they all got taken down overnight.
CUSTOMER REVIEWS are for the INTERNET and for the whole ONLINE COMMUNITY to benefit from - genuine people are taking their time to write reviews - so why should anybody waste their time if it's not going to be published by EKOMI anyway.
There are plenty of review sites out there and our best advice for everyone is to avoid considering EKOMI as ultimately your customer reviews are going to be taken down - just like ours. There is no value in investing with them and your customers will find the right place to write reviews that will benefit everyone.
A few good examples are already available online - search best review companies.
Highly Reliable
As a company specialising in online sales of French & Italian car parts we are very highly customer service conscious. Our ethos is 100% satisfaction across the board as a minimum standard.
ekomi's system allows control over reviews inasmuchas a response can be published alongside the review with an expanation/apology/argument whatever, but the facility is there for the business to be wholly transparent. If there is any criticism it should be for the company that is being reviewed as THEY have ultimate control.
I believe that in the past the system could be manipulated so that only positive reviews could be viewed, but having spoken with a representative from eKomi recently the procedure has been changed to stop this happening.
Let's be realistic. ANY reviews online are a guide not a guarantee. After all you can pay 100 students to write glowing reviews if you want to, So let's not shoot the messenger.

eKomi helps companies provide guaranteed REAL customer feedback
We have used eKomi for about 8 months now to collect customer service reviews for our eCommerce businesses and are very happy with their services! Collecting the review from customers is a very simple process. The customer log in area is very user friendly. Price is much less than other competitors and the service from their online and phone reps is always a great and enjoyable experience. I would recommend eKomi to any eCommerce company looking for a simple and less expensive way to collect customer reviews.
My negative review was not published.
I received an invite to submit a review to the eKomi website related to their client. As the company I had been asked to review had given me very poor service my review honestly reflected that and was therefore negative.
After a week I noticed it hadn't been published and as I hadn't heard anything I contacted eKomi customer service who told me the review had "gone to arbitration" and I should have received an email, which I had not. After several emails back and forth to eKomi customer service, a promised email or link to the 'arbitration process' has not appeared and without going through that process, the negative review will not be published and will be deleted from their system, so it appears that my negative review will not be published as eKomi, deliberately, (or inadvertantly through a system problem), are preventing me from completing the arbitration process. eKomi no longer reply to my requests to participate in the arbitration process and have not responded to my request for a link to the relevant dialogue page.
eKomi are paid by the company whose reviews they host, so there is a clear conflict of interest and after my experience, I for one would never believe an eKomi review.
I have still not managed to get my negative review published despite much effort. In my case the 'arbitration process' never materialised. Whether it actually exists or not I do not know.
Update:
After an appreciable delay, eKomi responded to say that a "system error" had prevented me being invited to arbitration and suggested I submitted a new review of the company in question, which I did. When this negative review wasn't published after another six days I queried the fact and it was eventually published after about ten days.
It is absolutely certain my original negative review would never have been published and if I hadn't been persistent I suspect my follow-up one may also have disappeared, but if I'd submitted a positive one it would have been published straight away. I wonder how many other negative reviews are never published due to "system errors" or other reasons. As eKomi say themselves on their website, "eKomi's mission is to help companies gain more customers and succeed online", their mission is NOT to provide a reliable consumer rating system. They are marketing strategists, pure and simple - do not rely on their reviews to give you an accurate picture of any third party company.
Utterly pointless
I ordered a car part which took 7 days to arrive. I made a comment on the review that I would be more likely to go to a local parts shop in the future.
This triggered a "mediation process" that if I fail to participate in, my review would be deleted after 14 days.
"It seems to me" that ekomi are employed to filter out negative comments and will go to considerable lengths to achieve this.
Now 6 years later Trust pilot are hassling me to "verify this review" they want me to send them an order number after 6 years to check this is a genuine review. Trouble is ekomi are another company that badgers people about their reviews. I din't order anything from them, they just wanted to delete a review I made of another company that I ordered some car part from. Never gonna give you up.....
Fixes what's broken with Amazon reviews
If you don't have to be a buyer of a product to leave a review, you can't trust any reviews. And if you can leave an irrelevant comment as the reason for a 1 or 2 star review (ie: I wanted to order on Christmas Eve but they wouldn't deliver), then it makes it harder for the end user. A third party filtering the reviews makes much more sense than the retailer themselves filtering the reviews. I'd like to see more companies taking eKomi's approach.
