Best price on the Internet on my TCL 55 inch TV.
They use they're own delivery man, Jimmy who called prior to delivery and was very friendly and helpful.
Would definitely shop with these again, highly recommended.

Paid for delivery and picked a day, turned up 24hrs later than date picked.
Product is fine and as described.

I can truly say this is one of the best experiences I have had of dealing with any company at anytime in my life! I purchased a Tumble Dryer from electrical discount and to be honest I was a bit nervous as I had never heard of them before and was anxious about any after care, but the item was cheaper than anywhere else so I went with it. I was kept up to date about the purchase, the delivery was perfect and exactly on time. However when the item arrived there was a dent in the side ( this happens in warehouses I understand this having worked in an electrical shop myself, many years ago) My item wasn't even out the packaging and I took a photo of the dent, called Electrical Discount and this is when the magic happened, the phone was answered after a few rings by a person! The gentleman was lovely and helpful, he apologised, sent me an email asling me to reply with a photo of the damage. I said I'm not fussy for a replacement as it's so near xmas (this was a gift for my son but the damage was on the side so not too nticeable) it's a hassle for everyone to get a replacement but I would like a refund for an amount equating to the damage. This was agreed and a refund processed within half an ahour. Absoultely fantastic! I will get all of my electrical goods from this company in future. I also called back again today as I needed the serial number to register the guarantee. Again same lovely man emailed all the details within seconds. 10/10 Electrical discount UK and your Customer Service dept deserve a pay rise! Thank you!

I purchased a Montpellier cooker from Electrical Discount (Order No. 000013625), but there was a manufacturer's mechanical problem with the cooker.

I informed Electrical Discount, and (at my request) they brought me a replacement cooker. Unfortunately, this second cooker also had the same problem: this problem was confirmed by the delivery driver, Jimmy. Thus, both cookers were returned.

As the cooker was in the 14 day cooling off period, Electrical Discount refunded me immediately; in fact, within 24 hours.

I found Simon to have been very helpful during this annoying period: I say annoying because Montpellier UK refused to accept the fault under their manufacturer's guarantee. The delivery and pick up service was also efficient, and Jimmy was very helpful in confirming the manufacturer's mechanical fault.

Great customer service and very prompt in refunding. It was a pleasure doing business with them.

They leave items on the website when they are no longer in stock. Take your money and tell you after.

I presume to generate themself extra traffic.

Be wary as you may waste your time and be without your funds unnecessarily.

Bought a tumble dryer via amazon but it was cancelled without giving a reason. The following day the same item is found in the amazon but selling at a higher price. Yet the refund is still not received. It’s such a bad experience and I won’t buy from it again.

Fantastic customer service from start to finish. Delivery was on time and driver very polite. Nothing too much trouble. Great price as well for my AEG heat pump dryer. Well done

Ordered a tumble dryer on Sunday.
The website gave a delivery day of Thursday, as did the confirmation email.
Received a message from the courier mid morning on Thursday, having stayed at home for the delivery, giving me a time slot on Friday. Tracking shows that the order wasn't uploaded to them until Wednesday.
The courier was fine and it was delivered on Friday, the problem appears to be down to EDUK.
Taking a day at home to wait for a delivery is NOT trivial and this could have been avoided if EDUK simply organised themselves better and communicated with the courier & their customers.

Ordered a built in dishwasher, called to check it was in stock as only said 1, sales office confirmed it was and gave estimated delivery for my location, ordered via website, got an email afterward to confirm delivery is booked, delivery was quick and the driver was friendly and delivered into kitchen, now been fitted and works very well, would used Electrical Discount UK again which may be soon as need new oven

Perfect service and amazing staff.

My oven recently went kaputt and I desperately needed a replacement fast. I bought a TV from EDUK a while ago and had a really good experience with them, so thought I'd have a look on their website for an oven. They have a good range of ovens, all reasonably priced. I contacted customer service as I was struggling to decide between two ovens; they were supportive and professional in helping me decide which one to get. Due to work commitments, I used the named day delivery and had no issues with the delivery of the oven. Thanks once again for excellent service!

Superb service. Price was the best online. Very helpful when I rang them with questions about the washing machine I bought. Delivery driver was very courteous and on time.

Just didn't turn up no phone calls nothing waited in all day.i would avoid this company.

Completely misled and let down by the paid for extra cost delivery. The only reason I chose this company over Currys was the next day delivery promise for the same Hotpoint Dishwasher. Not only did they not deliver on Friday as paid for expected they will not deliver until Monday! We had many people staying for a celebration and no Dishwasher so we had to miss some of the celebration washing up! No response from their customer services and the appliance was with their distribution on Thursday so it's not an out of stock issue. Zero responses from them avoid like the plague and use Currys we will not make this mistake again not will our guests buy from these con merchants again.

Cooker delivered when stated. Would say I got a bit anxious as the website site says there will be an email from 4pm the day before and this didn't happen. I phoned and was told I could phone at 11am on the day for a time and that it would definitely be late afternoon. This is what happened so all good. Driver very helpful and I had paid for unpacking etc which he did and joined me in careful inspection. Would have slotted cooker in for me but had electrician coming next day so told him not to bother.

I have used Top Cash Back (TCB) to buy through for 20 years so I know how the cashback tracking system works fully. I have never bought from Electrical Discount UK but as their cash back offer of 6.37% through TCB would pay me just over £30 cash back I decided for this reason to buy from them as they had the Bosch washing machine I wanted in stock. They did not honour the transaction telling TCB I had not come via that method. 100% I know I did place the order via TCB (having seen it had tracked ok) but will never do business with this dishonest company again ever! I am extremely unhappy that Electrical Discount UK do not pay up when soliciting new business via cashback sites - do not trust them go elsewhere is my recommendation. Hence 1 Star for lousy business practice.
Edit: Having today 20/11/24 received a belated reply I felt compelled to add to my review. Electrical Discount have ignored my 20 year experience in using TopCashBack & used the dubious practice of saying I am the first in all their time trading to complain of untracked & unpaid cashback!! Well it's their affiliate that screwed up my cashback that I do know. I also know that Electrical Discount with an a telling 'Average' only rating & that of 321 reviewers 70 people gave them the lowest rating of 1 Star! That's nothing to be proud of after 25 years trading.

Ordered an electric cooker and paid for 'named delivery date'. They failed to deliver on agreed date. Had to pay for electrician twice.
They have ignored emails requesting a refund.
