Bought a freezer should have been delivered on 20 may 2023.only t find out van broke down and got t wait till Wednesday now.no body contacted me .I only found out when a rang driver for a 2hr slot .

Great service and communication. Very prompt to reply to my questions. Delivery was also first rate! Highly recommended.

The washing machine we picked was out of stock in white but, they offered an alternative colour (which was a bit more money which, they price matched it and it does look better than the white to be fair).

The machine was delivered however, it had recieved a little damage in transit. I emailed EDUK and within minutes, Scott (Blackburn store manager) called me to offer either a partial refund or exchange. We chose an exchange and he immediately got to work and arranged it all.

Scott is a top bloke; great customer service, friendly demeanor and professional attitude. I will definitely be using EDUK in the future thanks to Scott, his customer service and EDUK's great prices.

My drinks chiller was delivered today by Jimmy. What a lovely bloke he is. Calm as a cucumber, professional and friendly. If all delivery drivers were like Jimmy the world would be a better place. The fridge isn't working yet but it's unpacked and damage free. To top it off delivery was a day early which fitted in with my plans. Many thanks for sterling service.😀

Competitive product pricing and rapid delivery (2 working days after ordering). Will definitely use again when buying large white goods.

Item purchased came a day early, wrong item… paid for two man lift one man arrived. Then a dispute re collection of old white good item.
Customer service spoken with next day to advise nothing could be done re a new fridge freezer for over another week so left without one.
Refunded and went elsewhere…. Customer services did not care at all.
It was not the couriers you picked the item for them to deliver

I would strongly recommend you stop sending parcels with ParcelForce: they first tried to deliver it on a day I wasn't home. Then I gave them a redelivery date, which however they completely ignored. Instead they tried to deliver it again on the day after the redelivery date that I had set. I couldn't be at home when they tried to deliver the second time. I sent them an email to complain, but they reacted to that too late to change the situation. The email gave a phone number where I was supposed to be able to "talk to the team". However no human being was available to speak to under the phone number. I ended up having to carry the ordered microwave from the post office with a shoulder injury. My shoulder still hurts...

Very professional service when I had an issue with my tv screen which was handled under warranty.

Nothing was too much trouble, even though it was under a 5-year warranty and nearly ran out.

The service I experienced when ordering my Zanussi dryer was excellent, the order was easily confirmed and the delivery times achieved. Electrical Discount UK subsequently excelled themselves because the unit on installation was immediately very noisy and a Zanussi engineer identified a manufacturing fault, they immediately arranged a replacement without question and on delivery unpacked the unit and ran it to ensure that it was satisfactory. EXCELLENT

The cooker is very good, but I was surprised it never came with a plug. But overall value for money, the delivery driver was very helpful. A good service all round.

They claim to be part of the hoover reward offer. Yet hoover reject my claim saying electrical discount uk are not a recognised company on their list of dealers. No response from eduk when I emailed them. Im now missing £100 and wishing I'd have shopped elsewhere

Price was good for new washing machine and I would easily have given them 4 stars but for the delivery company they use that are absolutely dreadful. If I had known that it would take so long to deliver I would have purchased elsewhere. If they want repeat business they MUST change the delivery company, FURDECO are rubbish.

The team was extremely helpful, the product very high quality, and the delivery driver was top notch. He helped my wife inspect the package, carried to the exact location we'd asked, and was very pleasant.

Absolutely first class service from Caroline - purchase was really easy and straightforward - and also the BEST price by some margin!!
Had expected a 3 week lead time on delivery but they went the extra mile and got it to us within a week meaning we had an oven for Christmas!! Brilliant!!!

Easy to order on line. Quick response to phone enquiries. Super price with black Friday discount. Delivered on time, driver friendly he phoned 30 minutes prior to arriving, carried fridge freezer into hall.

Horrendous experience with Electrical Discount UK. Ordered a replacement washing machine four days ago, needed urgently, with confirmed delivery for tomorrow. Called to double check today only to find:
1. It's not coming;
2. It's not even in stock; and
3. They can't confirm when it will be in stock, but at the earliest it's probably a month away.
Had I not called I would have spent the day waiting in for a washing machine desperately needed but not coming. Absolute waste of time and effort - avoid at all costs and don't be fooled by the prices.

I've seen the reply below, but for those reading this, to be clear about what happened here:
1. I spent some time researching and deciding the model and features in a washer drier that best suited our needs.
2. An order was placed with EDUK, payment was taken by EDUK and a delivery date confirmed by EDUK.
3. I (reasonably, I think) assumed this meant EDUK had the item I had ordered and paid for, and it was available for delivery on the confirmed date.
4. Fortunately, the day before the delivery date, I called to check the arrangements as EDUK were new to me as a supplier. Only at that point did they tell me it wasn't in stock and was not coming.
5. In fairness, an alternative make and model was offered (at greater expense, draw your own conclusions about this). So, if you're the sort of person who would buy and pay for a Ford Fiesta, then accept a Renault Clio a week late at extra cost when delivery time comes, then EDUK are the guys for you.

I only offer my experience of this company, you will of course make your own decision.
