Update:
I am subtracting a star due to "radio silence" regarding resolving the missing magnetic buckle and the battery is suprisingly weaker than expected

Excellent service and very quick response for any inquiry you might have. The only thing preventing 5 stars is the shipping notification and the metal mudguard + rearrack & magnetic buckle.
The shipping notification was sent the very day I received the actual bike to much confusion. Installing the rearrack and metal mudguard was annoying to say the least due to the ADO design and lack of a document (overview of the screws) and the magnetic buckle was missing in the last shipment (Electroheads are looking into it).
Despite the shortcomings, I'd still rate it a 4-star experience due to the professionalism from Electroheads and much less from the way ADO ships the product.

Bike arrived on time and well packaged. Good communication and friendly customer service.

Left a message about faulty bike and nobody could be bothered to return my call. Also I thought I was dealing with stockists of the product not a drop shop outfit. Seem to lose interested once the the purchase is made and support is needed.

Bought my first electric bike i must say its was a good experience even though a minor glitch which is not thier fault its the manufacturer but they were helpful and quick to sort the problem but in the end it work out well so am very happy with the bike now thank you very much i would be ordering another bike for my daughter soon 👍👍👍

I live in High Wycombe.It is well known for its steep hills all around the Chilterns. (You should get your tester of the e-bikes to have a day out here)When I left to pick up my new toy,
I gave it a run around the local streets, before taking the bus to Marleybone train station. When I got to our local station. There is only one way to get home is up a steep hill, So I entered the bottom of Marlow Hill, which goes for a mile and a half undulating straight up. Look on the map . You will see it as a challenge. L started ln pedal assist 3 halfway but near the top,I had to go to pedal assist 4 and 5 The bike got me to the top , without sweating or panting. And being a rider in my late seventies I was quite impressed. Obviously, you use more power. But after on the flat, I was riding along in assist 1 and two with no effort. When I got home no problem folding it up, it is actually smaller and lighter than my previous folding e-bike. One thing to mention is. It would have been nice to have a magnet to keep the two parts together. But have solved the problem by using a Velcro strap. Would I recommend this e-bike yes I would. Especially for my senior age group it rides like a bike should ride like. Escali has got it right. One tip, when starting. Putting the bike in assist pedal 3 will give you a quicker boost when you pedal to start. Also on the color it is not flashy making it a target for thieves. John Dennis

We went to Electroheads HQ to road test the Ampere Deluxe ebike. Ham was on hand to receive us, and to take us through the details of the bike. He was polite, professional and extremely knowledgeable about the bike and ebikes in general. A great service and highly recommended 👍

Had spent quite a while researching electric folding bikes, going around in circles as there’s so many different brands and price points out there. Luckily I stumbled upon one of the Electroheads vids on YouTube. Really provided all the information needed. Took the plunge and ordered an ADO Air20. Swapped a few emails with Louis who was very helpful. Bike turned up within a couple of days. Service and communication was excellent from start to finish. Highly recommended. Can also recommend the bike which is very impressive and better than I anticipated.

Fantastic service. Helped to clarify the spec I wanted with nothing being too much trouble from the shop team. Bike would have been delivered ahead of schedule if it wasn’t for FedEx. Great product.

The staff at Electroheads are brilliant. They allowed my wife and I to trial multiple bikes over a two hour period, answered all our question and offered no sales pressure to buy :-) We purchased two bikes using the referral program to get a great discount. Having ridden a couple of the bikes I can say their youtube reviews are factual and very informative - well worth a look.

I'm so glad I picked this company for my new e-bike - the staff were brilliant. It took a few trips to get the right bike due to supply problems but they really bent over backwards to help me and offer different options. We got there in the end and I couldn't be more happy with the results! Their YouTube videos are just the best thing ever - so incredibly informative and a fantastic help with finding the right bike.

Booking a test ride was super easy and you can try any model they have in stock. If you're using your cyclescheme like I did, the process was seamless and the team was very responsive on all the questions I had. Would recommend for all your ebike needs!

This is an exceptional retailer, with a super team led by James and Richard. Responsive, customer focused and knowledgeable. Quality products, very price competitive, but most importantly they've a bricks and mortar presence too, which is so reassuring when spending a reasonable amount of hard earned cash. Not just a pure online retail experience, Electroheads operates a hybrid retail offering with a slick online shop plus a proper customer facing outlet in London, where you can test ride the broad range of electric bikes etc on offer. I've bought 2 ADO A20F Beasts and the advice on offer, via a personal phone call following an email enquiry, to ensure I made the correct decision, was top notch.

Firstly, the in-depth and honest bike reviews on their YouTube channel were really helpful to me as a new e-bike rider for shortlisting a few potential bikes that would suit my needs. Their content helped me narrow down the search to a couple of options. Richard (one of the founders) gave his time personally to help me find the perfect bike from this shortlist and the team helped in getting me a few test rides before building me a bike that I could ride home the same day. They only stock equipment that they’ve thoroughly tested and use themselves, which makes the concept so much easier to trust than a standard bike shop. The customer service is excellent and was very tailored to my particular needs. Being able to discuss requirements with knowledgeable members of the team without any pressure to buy (although I did, because I found a great option!) was a refreshing experience, so I’d definitely recommend them if you’re looking to switch to an e-bike or upgrade your current one.

I follow the Electrohead Youtube channel and was persuaded to buy a bike from their website. I eventually ordered an Ado 20 Air foldable e-bike. I had excellent communication with the company. The bike was ready within a week. I was offered the choice of delivery, but I chose to pick up the bike personally from their offices. I was met by Rich, who showed me over the bike, which had already been assembled. Excellent product, and the service was very friendly and informative. Excellent company! Would recommend!
