The delivery was very quick and the product lasted me quite long- so far have ordered it three times in a span of 6 months- definitely worth the purchase

All the products from eleganza I absolutely love, they are amazing. My favourite is the hair growth oil, I saw results within 2 weeks and my hair has grown amazing, I had bold spots at the front of my hairline and using this oil has made my hair grow back absolutely amazing. (I wish I did before and after pics just to show the amazing results). I also love the face mask and face serum as this reduced my spots and makes your face so smooth and soft. I would recommend these products to anyone. 10/10 from me 😊

I'm going to give the most honest review I can. The only reason I've given 5 stars is because the products and service I have received is unmatched.

The hair oil is great and I can see a difference with my hair health and I can see the growth which is amazing. I also ordered the crystal mask after the hair oil and that's even better. One of my favorite skincare products ever.

The only issue I've had is with delivery, on both occasions it was slightly late but the customer service made up for it, a little annoying but I hope they improve on this because I will be ordering again and expect my delivery to be on time the next time.

Overall though, the experience has been great and I wish them the best.

Amazing products, great advice about combining products and fantastic prices. Also, superfast service and delivery so you don't need to wait long for your items to arrive at your door. Incredible value!

Okay this product!! When i can feel a spot coming I put the crystal mask on my skin for 10/15 mins max wash it off and every time without fail my spot has already started to go. Absolutely love the moisturiser also gives me glowy skin throughout the day. Honestly my absolute fav combination natural ingredients no nasty’s!! Genius product!

This brand is amazing and the products are incredible. My favourite is the crystal mask, I use it twice a week and it keeps my skin looking clear and fresh. I have seen such a difference since I started using it. My makeup now glides on so smoothly and I have no breakouts anymore. You need this product in your life!! I now feel so much more confident on no makeup days. This is well worth the investment, you will not regret it :).

Visibly noticing hair growth since using this product. I colour my hair and notice I have much more grow out between colour treatments. Genuinely love the product and the customer service received.

There is definitely no fragrance to the oil, it's more natural smelling, I get a minty smell from it. Just thought I'd mention that because I've been used to fragranced products way more so it just caught me off guard.

I received my hair oils and all I can say is that they’re absolutely amazing. I seen some reviews saying that people haven’t received their products and I was skeptical due to this, however I received the hair oils and the staff were so so helpful with any questions I had and I couldn’t be happier. The oils are worth the price point as they really are amazing.
The quality of the bottles is amazing and everything is everything I could ask for and 100x more.
They really have made a customer for life out of me and my whole family.

Added this to my haircare routine to fight hair loss. I can really feel my hair thickening and some small baby hairs returning. (I do also derma roll)

It's definitely not as instant but takes time. I'm on my 5th bottle now and its definitely paying off. Be patient but the results are the best.

The crown region of my hair started to thin and growth oil has helped a lot. Don't notice hairs anymore in the shower which was my biggest indication of losing my hair. Only been using for a month so will leave a further update.

I now don't use any other skincare mask apart from the crystal mask from eleganza. It leaves my face looking so fresh every time I use it. I use it 2-3 times per week and before a night out. The moisturiser looks amazing and will be my next purchase.

So initially, I was skeptical, I had some alopecia in one small part on my head that was noticeable. I applied this oil every night before bed. It took about 5-6 weeks to get my hair back where you don’t notice. The product is actually great, although a little expensive tbh

Pleasantly surprised with the crystal mask. It was recommended to me and I bought it after a couple of weeks of consideration and it didn't disappoint, also the smell is insane - I have been told it's all natural so it's not actually fragranced. Had it for 3 months and I'm almost finished. It's helped massively with my breakouts which I've been struggling with since forever. 5 stars

Only giving 1 start as there’s no option for none. This company is a shambles, I placed an order on 15/07 and paid for delivery which stated a standard 2-4 working days. After not hearing from them I dropped them an email to ask for an update, I had no reply, I emailed again and yet again for the third time and still no reply, it is now 31/07 and I’m yet still waiting for some sort of communication from this company. Don’t waste your money and time on this company, I will not be recommending them to anyone. My payment through Klarna is on hold and I’ve emailed them now stating I no longer need the product, I will be getting Klarna to start an investigation on my behalf and I want nothing to do with this company.

Positive:
Love the growth oil! This has been great for my hair. The growth has been amazing, I also felt a massive change in how my hair feels.

Overall love the brand, only used the oil so far but will definitely start to try other products this company offers.

Negative:
The first two times i ordered, my delivery was late on both occasions however my latest order arrived earlier then I expected. I don’t mind a slight delay in delivery as long as the product turns up.

The hair oil is so good! Found my thinning hairs getting thicker. Would recommend.

The crystal mask is my favourite skincare product. I've used 100s of products but this tops the lot!
