I have been ordering the glow set for about a year now. Firstly, it’s completely changed my skin and my skin is absolutely obsessed with the products.
The Crystal mask is hands down the best mask that I have used, I literally put it on every time I get a spot breakout and within a couple of hours, the spot is almost gone! You have to get it straight away.
The only thing I’d say is that the customer service isn’t the best, I wish they’d improve on this because the actual products are undeniably great.

Save yolur money. Incompetent business
I've had a tragic experience with them, I won't begin about the overpriced items. I've ordered a serum and oil that is £58. Before ordering I saw the first review and was abit skeptical, so I've messaged them on Instagram for a realistic estimate and they've reassured me 2-4 days which they have removed in the comments section. After purchase I've liaised with another customer who I met through their comment section and he as well did not get any update from his order. To a shocking surprise they have declared they are a three person team and hence the dispatching delay. So now its been two weeks and (4 working days after dispatching the items), I've asked them for tracking information. So they decided to hire the cheapest courier to date, Evri to deliver my items. Evri has made 0 attempts to deliver my order and they would record that they've made reoccurring attempts and we are in a loop, so I've asked the merchant through Instagram to escalate it and she responded "I will call and email them now! x". Now its been a month and I haven't received my items, I've messaged them to cancel and they're ignoring me. I had to then contact Klarna to pause a payment and they're going through their own process. So it's clear Eleganzaskin has no return/money back guarantee. They will hire a crap courier and then it will reflect on the customers for not receiving them and we will find ourselves chasing it up more than the merchant themselves. Do yourself a favour, don't buy anything because its clearly too good to be true and I'm sure their reviews are generated through peers/known acquaintances.. they will lie to you just to get your money. I'm not apologetic of this review after receiving such a poor service.
