My elgato HD60S has never worked right, despite my PC being a beefy god. Today it completely shut down, no signal. I've replaced all the cables, followed all the troubleshooting on their website and did some extra on my own. When I finally gave up and called their support (At 11am MST on a Thursday) the robot said no customer support agents were available, and to call back later, then HUNG UP on me lmfao. Unprofessional company who will literally ignore you if you have any problems with their overpriced junk parts.

Worst site i ever TRIED, i enter the website, it opens the european version, i put some stuff on my cart, its all good my cart is there with 4 itens, them i go to another iten, i put it on my cart, and SUDENLY im using the USA version of the website, my cart was cleared from all previous itens, and now i have only one iten on a USA website and i cant go back to the european version, i mean, WHO is the freaking genious who built that site? People should not hire their parents to work on things that they dont know.

La partie logicielle fonctionne une fois sur 3, et il faut tout resynchronisé à chaque fois.

Et bien sûr, le fait que la connexion soit possible uniquement par wifi crée de gros problèmes…

Sans parler qu'il n'y a pas de logiciel de désinstallation, il m'a fallu acheter un logiciel exprès pour le désinstaller.

Je ne recommande absolument pas, beaucoup de marketing pour une expérience client très médiocre (leur support est un vrai labyrinthe).

Ich habe ein Stream Deck MK.2 bei Elgato bestellt. Auf der Webseite wird damit geworben, dass man beim Kauf eine Frontplatte kostenlos erhält. Leider wurde mir (ich habe es mehrfach, auch mit verschiedenen Browsern versucht) beim Bezahlvorgang immer die Frontplatte berechnet. Aus diesem Grund, kann ich die Firma nicht empfehlen!!

Bought the HD60 S+ a year ago. I've gotten it to work 4 times - every time needing about and hour or two to set up, as there are always(!!) connection issues. It is very frustrating. Do not recommend this pricy product.

got answered after 6 days!! but, when i got a survey about how was there service, and i rated as super bad, someone send me a message within 10 minutes hahahaha

Ich hatte verschiedene Probleme mit einem Keylight und meiner Facecam. Alles wurde vom Support professionell aufgenommen, ernst genommen und auch behoben.

Honestly, I can not live without my Stream Deck.

It is probably one of the most versatile devices I have for my computer. There is simply no end to what you can do with it.

I also have their Key Light... and wow!

And their Facecam... simply the best camera on the market!

Alles was ich von Elgato besitze — und das ist eine Menge — ist einfach nur perfekt. Die Produkte sind immer hochwertig, sind einfach zu bedienen und sehen auch noch stylisch aus. Eine meine Lieblingsfirmen. ❤️

Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit Elgato. Ich besitze nun das Elgato Wave:1 und bin einfach nur fasziniert von diesem Mikrofon! Einzig zu bemängeln habe ich bei manchen Dingen wenn es um den Preis geht. Pop-Schutz für 30-40€ oder einen Mikrofon-Arm für den selben Preis wie das Mikrofon selbst (100€)!? Naja... Bei dem Mikro selbst hingegen ist der Preis (85€-110€) aber mehr als gerechtfertigt!

I think Elgato does a very good job of buying the market, they control the sector that they are in with paid for product reviews at targeted people with this audience, and their tech is permanently faulty, I have 8 devices from Elgato and more than half don't work as described, on top of that they do not care about their customers at all, the customer service had me troubleshooting for a month, I had enough of this and asked for an exchanged they said I can but at my expense. I'm buying another product and hoping for a refund from a company I do not trust. I'd personally say avoid at all costs.

I have owned several EL Gato products including a stream deck, a capture card and most recently the Wave 3 microphone. At one time paying a little more for EL Gato products seemed like a good choice, but with my experience it has not been the case. Over time all of the above products let me down with compatibility issues during software updates and poor tech support. The wave 3 sound quality become so bad I just got rid of it after less than a year of use. I tried everything, wasted a lot of time and in the end it just didn't do the job. That's kind of been my experience with all EL Gato products. Sad but true. I wouldn't buy from them again.

I have the elgato hd pro, video capture, and the amount of problems it makes is unplayable im streaming and playing apex legend a competitive game, and any second of delay or when a screem will froze will cost you the game or the tournament, its a living nightmare I promise myself that after this capture nightmare of a card i will never buy a card from them, the list of problems are your screen will alt tab cuz of the card will change resolution or what not in the pc, I tried everything its just the software is horrible , don buy this product the amount of black screen for like 10 seconds and game resolution that change is just huge.

I bought an Elgato HD60S for 220 dollars in 2019 september of 2019 but startet to activley use it in the end of 2019 or start of 2020. But after nearly 2 years later my elgato startet do this thing where it loses audio during a stream/recording if you want to get a good capture card go for hdmi video capture/USB capture cards instead they're cheaper and just as good as an elgato.

And i use windows, windows 10

Rip Off company which claims things work on Apple Mac.

THEY DO NOT.

I run Catalina on a 32 Gig IMAC which I currently use for Music Production. I purchased a HD60 S for 60Fps Gaming along with OBS. They claim to have a plugin that works alongside this which is why I paid out £130 for the capture card.

Guess what? It does not work. Constant audio loss and drops via the capture card when streaming. I am honestly disgusted that this company takes peoples money whom purchase products for MAC when they clearly do not work properly.

I will be making a video about this for my channel and warning people not to buy terrible products for MAC.

I Purchased 2 Keylight, Green Screen and the brand new FACECAM which are great but stay away from the capture cards.

Elgato Key Light Air... what to say, the most annoying thing you will ever setup..

1 - You need an internet comnection 2.4ghz
2 - You will need an app...
3 - They are so annoying to setup

Okay, these lights, if you get them setup pray to god you will never have to move because then you will struggle all over again.

It takes about 20-100 tries from when you actually get them to find the correct network and enter your wifi paasword till they actually connect.. inbetween you will need to reset them over and over and over again.. and they will disconnect your phone every single time too..

When do comnect, then they are pretty nice, but these are horrible to setup and therefore i gave this bad review
