Quick response from inital ad to call out. John was friendly and got the job done quickly. Would recommend!

Really efficient service.
Came to have a look at the lock within an hour of calling and the lock was replaced the next visit.
Highly recommended, professional and honest.

Fantastic job and attention to detail. John turned up when he said he would and had sourced solutions to an issue with a very old door prior to arrival. He completed a tricky job thoroughly, completed an additional job & provided great advise (saving me time and money). Very satisfied with the level of service received and quality of the completed jobs.

Very efficient repair to French Door lock mechanism, John had stock of the required parts and was therefore able to complete the job first time. A tad on the pricey side but to be fair I did call him outside of normal working hours.

Edited: There wasn't much in it between the various estimates/quotes I had so just want to make that clear to all reading reviews. John kindly did the work at his normal daytime rate which was most appreciated!
I guess I meant I didn't realise it would be around that much for the overall work required.

When what seemed to be too much work for another company, John quickly assessed the locking situation we had (or lack of) and was very confident and willing to take on the job himself. He gave great advice for costing when choosing locks and was quick to make an appointment for us.

Honest, advised on additional things we could do for secruity but didn't push them, came out in the evening. One of the rare times I have called someone out and didn't feel fleeced afterward! Great job on the door too.

Excellent service, Very prompt. Was able to come out on a Sunday morning as my front door lock had been sticking. Arrived, replaced lock, tidied up after himself.
