Cristian was great! I have 4 pups and he was so east going with them. It was quick and he totally helped me pick out the best flooring for my place (with the pups too)

Your agent seemed knowledgeable and caring. My problem is, I am still waiting for an estimate with a total breakdown of what would be done in the cost.

Extremely unreasonable price. I have received multiple quotes that all were around the same price point. The price I was given by Empire Todays representative was almost 4 times that cost.

Phil did a wonderful job in explaining the products, expected timeframes, and taking his measurements. He was thorough and personable.

They arrived on time. They did a great job, They worked fast and clean. They install hardwood floors. Very pleased with there work.

The salesman was very explicit on the rug and hardwood samples he showed us. He was very personable, took his time to answer all our questions and was not was not pushy.

The Installation Crew arrived within the period indicated by Empire, reviewed the product with us for accurateness and commenced work right away.
Through the installation process, the crew was courteous and answered all of our questions. The crew was careful with moving furniture around and was constantly cleaning up as work progressed.
At the end of the installation, several for the crew members walked around with us to review the installation and the replacement of all of the furniture.
We are very satisfied with the entire process from the initial visit from a qualified and knowledgeable Empire representative through the sale process and ultimately the installation and completion of the project.

We are extremely happy with our new floors! Romel Vasquez and his crew were excellent—they installed our Empire laminate with incredible attention to detail, and it looks perfect. We highly recommend Empire and would specifically request Romel's team for any future work.

I have been thinking about doing the floors in my kitchen for a long time. Jeff was the rep that showed up and he made this such an easy thing to do. I know it’s just a small area, but he took the time to make sure we not only got the right material, but explained any tentative issues in the subfloor. Most of all, he worked with my preferred budget and wasn’t pushy in the slightest. I spent a little more than I intended but I’m confident it was the right choice. I will definitely call him back to do my bedrooms when the time comes.

Service is always excellent, from Sales to Installers. All are very nice, professional, informative and friendly. A very easy process and very quick.

My sales representative, Dawn, was amazing from the start. On time, took measurements quickly, answered all of my questions and explained my options well.

On the day of installation, the installers showed up on time, walked me through the process and then got straight to work. The new carpet on my stairs were exceptionally well done!

First thing is first, they showed up with an unmarked vehicle with two people not wearing anything identifying them as Empire. Two people didn't seem like a crazy amount but was told this was a "Big Job" that there would be roughly 3-4 people working on it. Only one of them was actually installing carpet after all the rooms were prepped. So instead of two people installing carpet it was one which made it a 9hr event. When they first arrived i asked them to start from the back of the house then do the stairs and leave the living room for last because then they don't have to walk all over the new carpet. Plus i had a dog so i wanted to make sure she can use the backyard to use restroom without potentially putting the workers in danger if she decided to nip at them. I also explained i wanted it done that way cause i had things on the back porch because of lack of space to move things, that were for the backrooms covered due to it raining. So i wanted those rooms done so i can start bringing those in. They said fine and then proceeded to do their own thing. They also used door They didn't have enough materials to finish job then told me they called a manager and would be finished on the following Monday or Tuesday. Called Tuesday morning to be transferred and then sat waiting for a customer service rep for 20 mins before i hung up and called again. I was then told that the materials were never ordered and they can order it now but wont get there until Friday. So i would have to schedule for the rest to be done a week after they we said to be done. Glad i had this done for the holidays for it to be not completed before the holidays. I received no emails or phone calls before me calling saying that they needed to reschedule the completion because they had to order more material. I do want to state i do not blame the installation workers for anything but the fact they didn't listen to me. The lack of follow up of the project and lack of sending correct amount of installation crew is a managerial issue and support staff issue, unless the installation workers didn't notify the appropriate persons to get the order of material done and/or this should of been a two person task but the two persons weren't qualified enough to handle it in a timely matter.
