The representative was knowledgeable, the product selections were great, and the installer was thorough.

The floors look nice. I had a bad experience with the first floor i picked out and come to find out i could of had that floor with my walker. The installers left a mess out in the driveway and on the deck. Left a water bottle on the deck. When they came in they never showed a badge when they came in. The van didnt have no identity on it. I offered to help clean the mess up and the said no but after they left I still had to clean it up myself. Customer service was rude. The 2 installers that came out and wouldn't put the floor down was so rude.

My new flooring looks beautiful! Quick, professional service. They aimed to please.

WARNING! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I wish I would have read the reviews before choosing Empire! It has not even been 2 years and the laminate planks are already coming up from the edges. I have lived in my home for 20 years and the rest of my laminate flooring (not from Empire) still remains perfect. They told me it would be $500 to fix their subpar product.

Warning: Empire Hardwood Flooring – Lifetime Warranty Not Honored and complete lie like always.

I had Empire install hardwood flooring throughout my home in February 2021. This week, I contacted them to use the advertised “lifetime warranty,” and what followed was infuriating.

From the start, the company seemed determined to deny my claim. Melody in Dallas bombarded me with questions about pets, wheelchairs, cleaning habits, etc., as if trying to find any excuse to refuse service. I explained that the floors had not been abused—the problem is clearly poor installation, as the joints have started chipping over time. Yet, my warranty claim was denied.

She then asked if I had leftover planks. When I said yes, she claimed she “would not charge me for those” but would provide a quote for installation. Completely nonsensical—why would I pay for planks I already own? Why would I EVER give more money to this company who lies about a life time warranty.

This experience has been mind-boggling and extremely frustrating. The advertised lifetime warranty is misleading. My floors are chipping due to shoddy installation, and Empire refuses to take responsibility.

Do NOT even think about using this company if their main selling point is life time warranties.

Henry was a great representative and helped me pick the perfect carpet for our home. I was also really pleased with the pricing and how fast they could come to install.

Installers were great in every way. The only down side was there was only two of them and they were at my house for about 11 hours, to install carpet in 2 rooms, a hallway, and a staircase, which I was not expecting. This made for a late night for us to be up waiting for them to complete the job, which of course was not their fault. Carpet came out beautiful.
