No written estimate
After the representative took measurements and we picked out the flooring we wanted, he quoted us prices verbally. We were told we couldn't get a written estimate via print or email. How can we evaluate installation without reviewing a written estimate? Disappointed potential customer 😒.

The process was quick and straightforward. The sales team had great samples to choose from and kept within my price range.
The installation team was quick and efficient however I was quite disappointed and frustrated with their ignoring my repeated requests for shoe covers to protect existing flooring. Additionally, they were not prepared or organized and had to make repeated trips into and outside the home.

National Floors Direct did a great job…
National Floors Direct did a great job installing wood floors in two of my bedrooms. The wood they used perfectly matched the wood in our hallway and living room. They also installed a very nice carpet in the master bedroom that is of very good quality and comfortable to walk on. They also installed new carpet on the stairs and it looks good. The gentleman who installed the floors did so in a professional manner and did the job in a timely way.
