Fraud - Someone using all my personal details and data for a business set up without my consent. Emailed asking for this to be removed and non existent customer services absolute disgrace.

Someone using my house address as my business address without my permission I reported it but they can’t take or block that link , another companies I contacted removed it in 24 hours, so very disappointed, wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

So signed up and had lots of credits left in my account. Was just busy and had planned to pull off some reports however without any notice or warning, I was informed I had to pay for a second year in order to access the credits that I had already paid for!!!

Surely they should allow you to at least use your credits for 1 day OR WARN YOU THIS WILL HAPPEN!

Was going to renew in January but after this, won't use them again!

Their response comparing it to Netflix is not correct as Netflix is UNLIMITED and this service restrictions how much you can download so if you don't get the time to download a report and use your credit you will simply not be able to! They should at least remind you this is going to happen and not rely on the small print in an email that that claim covers this sent a year ago !

Scammer alert!!!! They scrape new company data from government sites and use it to sell credit checks and other stuff! Dodgy!!! Without permision!!!

Used this company last year to check out a business that had done poor work for me. Endole just sent information which anyone can get free of charge on the GOV website. I have since discovered that the business did have a CCJ. Do not waste your on Endole.

I was laughing at the last comment about removing his personal data because if your a business by law its published information and is already on .gov websites

contacted them after companies house updated our info and they never corrected them. it's fake and scam

The customer help number you find off the internet takes you to a menu and then cuts off. I've been trying to cancel my subscription for several months and its stuck on Pending Cancellation. This means they take my money at the beginning of the month and then push the cancellation date back by another month. Dont know how to stop them doing this. Scary.

Update - After poking Endole using Trustpilot they correctly refunded me two months. Their phones still dont work.

Had an urgent issue to deal with and contacted Endole, spoke with Sabrina was very efficient, would definitely recommend Endole. Thanks again.
