Very good service. Nice system in beta, shame with the functionality as we speak. Will be very useful in time. Would recommend to anyone.

Company holds incorrect data, shares the data publicly & refuses to amend or correct. Virtually impossible to speak to a person in their legal dept. Escalated to the ICO. people should avoid as theres more ethical BI companies that comply with the law.

For those who need an intuitive business analysis tool to grow in today's challenging times Endole will be hard to match.

The customer support is in an exceptional league.

I joined to gain information about company performance, and that is what I got. Communication with was both consistent and relevant.

Pleased to report the issue was resolved the same day once a senior customer relations manager became aware.

The service is very good but be aware that their subscription service operates on an auto renewal basis and in the event you wish to cancel there is only one day in the year this is possible.
Quote: "In order to cancel the auto-renewal, you will be required to cancel your plan you can do this at the next payment date which would be 17.12.22."
Obviously the purpose of this is to not only maximise repeat revenue but also the possibility the customer could forget this very narrow window of opportunity.
We consider it unreasonably restrictive and unfair, questionable, business practice.

I have to say; I strongly believe this company writes reviews themselves. Checked again... There are accounts available to them, they did not even look into them!!! Insolvent? With only machinery owned for over 100 grand??? Are You serious??? I find this company very very unprofessional! Tried AGAIN, paid them, but not worth a penny in a million years... And reporting for review... In my opinion honest review, this is only my opinion, why report and do everything possible to hide it...Poorest company I've ever bought from... But refunded both times I have to admit :) So best of luck!!! ;)
It never was about the money, I can and will be able to afford to pay for services. What I have said, it is not accurate in a million years, have done research and company been operating for over 6 years now, so have no idea what kind of criterias You are talking about... Most of small and mid companies been operating for shorter period of time and have excellent scores, so age is NOT a factor as You have mentioned. Trying to block my reviews did NOT do anything useful to Your company, still thinking it is not only unfair but very unprofessional as well. Instead of reviewing, You have chosen a way of offence as a defence... That is why I still find my reviews having very strong points. I did delete payment references as it would be unfair as You have refunded me, even knowing, I did NOT ask for it... Best of Luck but with that kind of behaviour I do NOT think for a long time. ;)

Used Endole over the years, and found it a great tool. Mainly I use it to source suitable leads, using the many filter options. It's quick and easy to use and find suitable data for whichever business sector is needed.
Also, the customer support team are really efficient and helpful.

Great information source and their customer service is always very helpful.

We were looking for a credit checking facility for our business which is a new startup. I contacted Endole through their online chat as we had a bespoke requirement. The customer services representative Sid was extremely helpful and responsive, we came to an agreement very quickly. I had contacted other credit checking companies including one of the big well known names, who firstly provided me a quote which was not for the service I had asked for, they then tried to sell us a service which was way out of our budget which I had already advised them of, the other company were very sterile and quoted silly prices for the level of service we were looking for. Endole delivered the perfect solution for us at a price that suited us. Thank you Endole and thank you Sid.

Due to the current crises I have had to cancel my subscription for the time being .This was done with no hassle at all and done by the customer support team ,what a refreshing business to deal with . When I'm back on my feet again my business will return, thank you for your kind understanding .
