I needed a new spanish grille for my esse log burner (the original one had rusted and warped). Esse sent out a new one within days, so all is well again

I emailed customer services regarding a riddle plate. I received a very prompt, helpful and informative reply from Kelsie. It made ordering the correct replacement a breeze. I was also kept up-to-date with the tracking of the parcel. Very happy. Thank you.

Hard to cook on
They were brilliant and came out and sorted my air flow as quickly as possible. Its been a month and I have still not managed to get the oven hot enough to cook in and get a kettle to boil which is disappointing. But warms my kitchen nicely. Had I afforded it I would have got the iron heart instead.

Part supplied,easy to fit on my 28 year old Esse cooker/boiler.
Thankful that part available, cheaper than new cooker which still works well, delivered promptly.

I had a small issue with my replacement…
I had a small issue with my replacement door glass, on contacting Esse to advise them of the problem, they immediately sent a replacement which arrived a couple of days later, very happy with the service.

Parcel arrived on time and was well…
Parcel arrived on time and was well packed, I ordered the handle for my ESSE100 door although I only needed the lever to operate the locking mechanism, I tried to fit the whole thing but it wouldn’t hold the door closed so I put the handle on the original catch, made it a bit expensive but hey it works fine allowing me to use my ESSE 100 fire.
