Great service by Essex Auto Group in Lakeside, Essex.

Lewis was brilliant from start to finish assisting us selecting the right car for what we wanted, in keeping us updated weekly prior to our car being delivered, great handover when car arrived and even took the time to call me personally a few weeks after I got my new car to make sure everything was OK.

This is the second time I have purchased my new car with Essex Auto Group and will definitely be back.

Ray was always up front with us regarding the very long delay in shipping our new car into the UK. The whole experience was easy and everything was explained to me.

My partner took his skoda to the Rayleigh branch for servicing a couple of years ago. First he was waiting in the cold as they did not tell him he had to go to a different show room along the road (not essex auto group) to book in. Then they tried to charge him more than quoted for the service. But the worst thing was they said the battery was failing and needed replacing. 2 years latter the battery is still running fine...no issues at all. In fact when he had it serviced the following year the battery tested ok and there was no recommendation to replace it. Draw your own conclusions.

My mobility specialist Adie Ward was very professional answered all my questions.He was kind cosiderate to make sure I had everything I needed.

Neil was always available for any extra queries I had and always explained everything in detail.

My car I bought is a Kuga st line x and it is beautiful.
Easy and comfortable to drive and suits my needs exactly, whilst also looking very stylish. The Ford Kugas are good cars in my opinion.

Would Recommend Essex Auto Group In Thurrock Lakeside. This is the second vehicle we have purchased and would go back again. No hard sell, they do everything the can to help, clear explanations and extremely polite and helpful.

I had excellent service from your sales team. The only fault I found was with the people who valet the cars before they are collected. The car was not up to the standard I expect from one of the top Ford dealers in the area and it was returned to be cleaned again. When it came back it wasn’t much better.
I came close to not accepting it. Other customers would have turned it down

Great sales from Steve Devonshire at Rayleigh he went above and beyond for me thanks Steve.The only thing I would say is who ever Superguards the cars need to pay more attention to the finish as all the outside trim was all marked with white polish.Nothing to do with Steve as we both didn’t see it as it was raining hard when I picked the car up.

Very good service from Gary Byford when we bought our car. He got it serviced, MOT'd and valeted earlier than the original date they gave us.

Fantastic service would definitely recommend and use again.
