I liked the attitude of the company and was happy with the service we received

It took two weeks to get back a deposit paid for my sons cars after he was not accepted by Ford finance. This was unacceptable. it took a week for my own finance decision because the person I had been dealing with went on leave. This should have been handed over for someone else to progres. The phone system doesn't work. Whenever I called the person I was dealing with and he was busy it went to his voicemail. If I then called the main number the person that answered the phone put me through to the same voicemail this is very frustrating. The delivery of my Mustang was delayed by two weeks. No one could tell me where it was. I can track a £5 parcel so surely the company should be able to track a £40,000 car. I was never proactively updated on my car delivery I had to call in for updates this is not good customer service. There is also an obvious inability to mange Fords as a supplier. All that said my agent was honest at al times and did his best to provide me with a decent customer service. I purchased a Mustang GT and it's fantastic to say the least

Used showroom manager great guy. Sales assistant polite but not on the ball like I think they should be, had to think about his answers before he resolved your questions.
I'd ask for John (south african) guy who's on the money what ever you ask him.

Brilliant Sales person Jasmine, so easy to talk to, not pushy, answered all our questions, very accommodating with booking test drives etc. Very smooth process through to collection, very happy with the car.

Overall purchasing experience was very satisfactory. One downfault is the aftercare EAQ provide us with as we haven’t received our mats which were included in the purchase of said car and also we got the super guard package (£500 extra) and it looked very rushed even though they had a week to do finish the detail services they provide. I feel that they had forgotten about the car and left various polish marks on the interior and exterior surfaces which meant we had to spent extra money getting the car fully valated privately.

Great service all around from Billericay Ford. Craig in particular gave us an amazing experience and a great deal.

Salesman fine but had to wait approximately 3 weeks longer for my car than the date I was given therefore then had to change my Ford Credit arrangements as I didn't want to be paying for something I was still waiting for. I felt a little frustrated.

Good sales team & vehicle handover.

We had a few issues with how delayed our vehicle was. We were meant to have this by the end of Feb and we didn’t end up getting it until end of March however this was dealt with well with free servicing and the first months payment reimbursed to us ( we didn’t have the vehicle, so only fair that we shouldn’t pay for a vehicle we didn’t have) . Phil and his team were very helpful and understanding

I have had my Fiat 500 for over a month now and I am very much enjoying driving it. I find it very nippy arund town and it is easy to park. Thank you for all your help at Essex Auto Group at Kent Elms.
