We had various experiences in the past with other companies and we always were disappointed with service or helpdesk or technical performance.
Now we are trying EuroVPS, not many months, actually, but the performance of the machines, the service and the help-desk were been and are excellent.
We'll try other features in future to make sure our decision to trust in them was/is a good idea.

I've been a client for some years now. I migrated to EuroVPS from Bluehost because it's most important features were pretty much the same for my needs but it was faster and closer to my main market area. Also me being European the laws and practices were better in sync. First I was skeptic when they didn't have a chat that I had used a lot at BH, but I have later found out that the ticket system EuroVPS use is just as good if not even better. They answer fast (typically in one day) and promptly to questions even if they are not high priority questions and the answers are not just links to help articles but actual valuable help that I have been looking for. Overall great experience with great support.

I've been on EuroVPS since 4 years. I can really sleep well knowing that their uptime is guaranteed and the response time of their support is almost instant 24/7/365. Most times I open a ticket, even if I don't mark it as urgent, they reply within 5 minutes. It's amazing. The hosting performances are also incredibly good. This is the best hosting I've ever tried.
