EuroVPS hosts my travelblog website. The company offers 24-7 support, which is really useful when I'm traveling in different time zones, and I much prefer having managed hosting and the kind of personal customer service they offer; as opposed to using some budget hosting company! All-in-all I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Great service!

I am an online English teacher with clients all over the world, so my website is my front door for new students.

I went the cheap route when I first started out and hosted with Host Gator. There were times I would hear from my students that my site wasn’t working. I didn’t monitor it, so would panic and not know how long it had been down for. I never would get any real answers from the Host Gator support staff.

I looked around and talked to some people I knew who had websites that sounded like they knew what they were doing and decided to try EuroVPS. I live in Europe, so why not go all in and be European hosted!

In 2014 my site was hacked due to a vulnerability with my wordpress theme. EuroVPS saved the day and were able to identify the issue and got me back on my feet.

Over the years they have answered my questions that I’m sure any sys admin rolls their eyes at, but they never make me feel stupid and they are always prompt.

Generally I have not had many problems or concerns with EuroVPS, but when I have had need to call them re. downtime or unexpected issues - they were very quick to respond and always restored my VPS server to a fully functioning state. 50% of the times I contacted them there was no immediate problem, just a concern from me. I would recommend them as a partner/supplier. Sometimes one has to repeat the issue or concern in order to explain it accurately, possibly just a language thing!

The worst VPS company i have ever used ! Period.

I am IT company owner with 20 years of experience, in past i have used hosting services for me and my clients from all over the world.

After 3 months of using their services i fully regret the decision that i choose them!

For the first month they will do anything to make You satisfied, so the support will be helpful in any tiny case, but when they realize that " we got him" the situation changes.

Next They will offer You their monitoring service that will provide full monitoring service of Your website...they do not monitor anything and they just do not care what is happening with Your server! The only person which monitors my websites and told me about issues was my client! That is unacceptable!

The websites are running so slow that Your SEO will drop in a matter of weeks i have made every tweaks wondering what is going on, the only thing i did not think was the speed of that old junk server they offer.

They offer servers...7 year old junk and the price for 1 core is reasonably low comparing to competition...wrong! The price is huge comparing that You probably are paying for 1 thread not the 1 core.

I was testing further their junk and in WHM i saw jumps from 40% to 200% of the usage of the CPU ( i got 4 tiny sites hosted with them ),...
I could not believe why i was paying them for that piece of junk.

Neverending server issues are on daily basis, and the support every time told me that it was my site that was overloading the server and i should contact with the developer!

One site is overloading whole server? Site which i developed ?...no comment on that!

Firstly i was using server which has XEON L5630 and one day i saw that they change it to X5667. I was wondering why changing from low power consumption CPU to high cost and not energy efficient was good to any company!

I have asked them why i got such a slow piece of junk ! Because i got there 4 sites ( 2 of them are actually offline, because those sites are for internal usage only ) and the fraffic on all of sites was about 30 visitors / month!!! Yes You are seeing that right and clear 30 visitors/month!

...for a record...i was testing how deleting files from the server is affecting CPU load...again i was shocked...90% CPU load while deleting files only !!!

So another ticket! :

It is still deleting files only... Please tell me more about my site that was using such high CPU power which i developed ! Are You really kidding me !!! Deleting files...which consume 90% !!!

heh...yes You think that i am an idiot ;) !!! ... 4 sites on server...2 of them are actually offline...30 users per moth You call "traffic profile" ? X5667 CPU is old piece of junk to be honest...Yeah upgrading to what CPU ? Because i am thinking that i am using 1 thread not the 1 core of that X5667 CPU !

As You see that is just a scam company which is cheating customers, they offer really poor services for a really high price comparing to their competition without any managed service which they have theoretically, but practically i was managing that piece of junk all the time by myself!!!

I loose money by paying for that junk, and as a customer who really knows the IT insustry i have been cheated, my SEO dropped drastically, my client was not happy either and i almost loosed him

Please choose hosting company which is really reliable not this EuroVPS scam thing!!!

Have been working with many companies, but either got good service and bad quality, or vice versa. With eurovps, I finally got two at one place. Flexibility, timely reaction and most important very quick reactions to any downtimes, which happens extremely rarely. Keep up the good work!

Best hosting company I have dealt with ever. Been a client for several years now, and I highly highly recommend EuroVPS.

I had previously been with Hostgator but had my site hacked recently and they were charging me to resolve the issues which from what i can see and what I have read online was down to Hostgators system and so I moved to Eurovps who reassured me about being hacked again and offered some great security tips and precautions once I had moved over! Great service

Worst VPS provider out there! Expect 20 or so representatives to deal with your support ticket. Complain and you'll get ignored and have to wait months for a response! Best thing we ever did was to close down our account with these clowns. Over 20 support tickets in two years.. From them randomly shutting down ports to outages (well in breach of their SLA) these guys threw everything our way. I have a 51 page word document with all support tickets raised over two years with these guys, each showing their negligence. I recently left a comment on their Facebook page, and rather than get back to me they simply deleted the review and blocked my account! My advice, do not trust these clowns!
