Not a smooth experience
Our first time ordering from Eversfield. Unfortunately delivery was a nightmare and our order arrived days late and we couldn’t use the meat.
Fran, in Customer Services, was especially helpful in trying to sort things out and a replacement order was sent through another delivery company which thankfully arrived without problem.
We have since eaten some of the meat and it is delicious and we have no complaints about the products.
It’s just such a shame that Eversfield was let down by one of their delivery companies. II guess these things happen from time to time and we were just unlucky.

Fabulous canons of lamb. Flash fried, 170c fan for 5 minutes. rested 5 minutes and they were melt in your mouth gorgeous.

The worst company I have ever ordered…
The worst company I have ever ordered meat from. I ordered chickens weighing 1.8–2 kg, but out of five chickens, four weighed around 1.70 kg and one only 1.52 kg. The packaging stated the weight range I had ordered, so I feel completely misled.
I emailed the company twice but received no response, explanation or refund. The quality was also disappointing.
I do not recommend this company at all.

Excellent quality & customer service
We have had a few of Eversfield’s organic meat boxes now and the quality is always excellent. Our most recent order sadly went missing - a DPD issue, not at all Eversfield’s fault - and the response was quick, efficient and kind: the order was replaced instantly and arrived safely on our doorstep a matter of days after I’d flagged the problem. Between the delicious products and outstanding customer service, I would recommend Eversfield to anyone.

Customer with large family
I have a large family here in Scotland and get all my meat twice monthly from Eversfield and find it amazing. Everything arrives fresh and chilled and I find it fairly priced considering the quality. I love that you can get organic items and cuts you can’t get in the supermarket, especially the wild venison mince, brisket etc. A very happy customer !
