I’ve ordered from them twice, first time it was a 19mm Rolex Style Jubilee. Really lovely finishing on that bracelet, even considered just keeping it on the watch once I did a side by side with an original vintage bracelet.

Second order I got their 575B end links for 19mm/34mm Rolex models. They fit my 1501 OP Date fantastically. Shipping is always fast too. Overall I really can’t complain, for only having ordered from them twice they seem really solid and I’d recommend them for sure.

The buckle on my IWC watch needed replacing, even though IWC was sending me a new one under warranty. Since it would take a few weeks to arrive and I wanted to wear my watch, I ordered a compatible buckle from Ewatcparts. It arrived quickly, was priced very reasonably, and works perfectly.

To be honest the bracelet looks great. 95% like the original. I don’t want to use the original one bc I just got it polished by Cartier. And that is a great alternative to keep the original one flawless and still wear my watch.

Asked seller what part I required and ewatch stated item number to order so o ordered one it arrived and I broke it whilst trying to fit not knowing it was the wrong part so asked again and was told same again and ordered it. Once again it did not fit and as I had more experience now I did not even try to fit and asked seller for a return ewatch said you’ll have to pay return which was £9 to usaas had to be tracked and signed for !!!Make of that what you want but they know if a part costs $30 including postage most people will not bother ? So being a tad unhappy that seller twice sold me the wrong part after asking I was determined to send back for a refund being in mind the item had only been taken out of the package and not even attempted to fit . The return process took over a month and when they finally had to action a refund due to eBay’s time constraints they deducted $9.97 plus I’m out £8 postage to return as well. Stating item damaged I was NOT and was very carefully wrapped. Upon informing ewatch parts via eBay messaging system that I would use the buyer protection process I received my $9.97 back as well. Ewatch parts then contacted me stating basically why have I left them negative feedback and denied I had communicated with them at all during the long drawn out return process. Which I certainly did do on several occasions.

If you buy from ewatch parts via eBay be careful and if it goes wrong you’ll have a long wait to get a refund

There are other really good non genuine part seller on eBay so choose carefully and keep all your communications from and sent to them until you are satisfied, as they answers questions with questions and don’t even try to resolve.

You be warned about my experience hope you don’t suffer them same

I ordered some replacement parts for my watch after seeing the company's listings on ebay. Ordering on the ewatchparts.com site was a breeze and the parts arrived within days and were high quality. I would definitely buy again from ewatchparts in the future.

Very fast processing and shipping!

I purchased a bronze buckle for a watch that had already developed natural patina. When I received it I thought the buckle looked more like brass than bronze, but chalked up the difference to the various combinations of additives used in addition to copper and tin. I attempted to accelerate the patina using 3 different methods: exposure to salt water, hard boiled eggs in a plastic bag, and exposure to vinegar vapor. No patina developed at all, which reinforces my suspicion that the buckle is not made of bronze. Very disappointed with the >$20 purchase!
I suggest that you change the item description from "bronze" to "bronze color" to prevent others from thinking they are purchasing a true bronze buckle.
